In a 2009 documentary, professor Norman Finkelstein delivered a passionate speech on the “crocodile tears,” saying, “My late father was in Auschwitz concentration camp, my late mother was in Maydanek concentration camp… It’s precisely and exactly because of my parent’s lessons that I will not be silent when Israel commits its crimes against the Palestinians and I consider nothing to be more despicable than to use their suffering… to try to justify the torture, their brutalization, their demolition of homes that Israel commits daily against the Palestinians…. If you had any heart in you, you would be crying for the Palestinians…” Subhanallah!

Reality is that we are all human beings and all of our children should be cherished as precious. Every child born is unique and wonderful in their own way and there will never be another one exactly like them.
It is a crime against God and nature to brutally and savagely kill innocent children, as the Israel’s have been doing for over a year and with seeming impunity. In the medium size Southern city I grew up in, a Holocaust memorial was erected years ago to this European historical event. 75 miles away in the state capital a Holocaust museum was created, and 100 miles from there is the U.S. Holocaust Memorial. How many memorials there are in other larger cities in my state, I have no idea. Interestingly there were a dozen, or more indigenous tribes/nations and sub tribes in the state that were erased from history by ethnic cleansing and genocide, yet not one memorial or monument is to be found in remembrance to this ‘American’ historical event.

Very religious antizionist Jews do not use the term "holocaust" bc its a spiritual term and implies complete destruction of a sacrifice. This is why the term is only used really, by secular Jews and everyone else.
Very religious Jews call it Churban Europa, meaning the European devastation. They see it as just one more in a long line of other Jewish tragedies.
I studied the Nazi genocide in the 70s on forward, and was witness to the avalanche of books, movies, etc that started in the 70s and which by the 90s was relentless.
I remember when the US was laying groundwork for a museum of the Nazi genocide. They said they would create a room for the Roma, a/k/a known as gypsies. The organized Jewish community protested, saying "the holocaust" was uniquely Jewish. I didn't realize it at the time, that the whole purpose in flooding the US with Nazi genocide movies and books, was to maintain sympathy for the zionist govt and colony.

I am currently watching 'Europa, the last Battle' on Odysee (it is highly sensored), the first 4 episodes so far of 10 episodes. The first one was about the Russian Bolshevik revolution. This was the most horrific thing I have ever seen, and who do you think instigated it? A people which you cannot critisize. Many million Russians were massacred. It is an absolute miracle IMO, that the Russian people survived this and two world wars and communism. I believe that this is one of the reasons why the powers that be hate Russia and are using Ukraine to have another go at them. One other thing became clear to me, this whole story did not start in the Third Reich, and it would seem that many ppl who claim to be Jewish are interlopers, descendents from a Khazarian ppl who were made to choose one of the 3 Judea religions by Russia, because they preyed on innocent people. Hating Russia may even go back to this.

Like I said they were not prepared for war that is the only reason Hitler got as far as he did and if he was a little smarter he could have defeated them and then we would all be fked. America would be invaded and lost and that would be it. A German world.
But the Soviets were fighting for their lives. They are doing the same now, against each other, which is very sad actually and plenty of blame to go around.
They say the war was won with American iron and Russian blood. And it couldn’t be more true. Although, Stalin did move 1,500 factories beyond the reach of the wermacht, a marvel of a feat in and of itself. Those factories then began churning out T-34s like cupcakes. America sent Russia tanks, they said thanks but we have enough tanks. What they really needed were trucks. So America sent the studebakers, Russia had no auto industry. Those Studebakers helped move that tremendous army. They needed food that wouldn’t rot. America sent spam, by the ton. Russian soldiers knew nothing but the taste of spam for months at a time. And the one other thing they really needed were good boots, I guess Russians don’t know how to make them? Anyway, every Russian soldier stomped towards Berlin in American boots, and they loved them. If a soldier accidentally scuffed up another’s American boots, fists would go flying in the direction of a face. It’s funny but true. What’s not funny is this.
When the Germans came with Barbarossa, the largest invasion ever, until D-day, it was 3 million Germans with machine guns. And against them? Villagers, farmers, men and women, old and young, with pitchforks, brooms, mops, sticks whatever they could find. So imagine a German platoon walking towards a small village with their machine guns and the villagers charging at them with pitchforks and Sticks. They would not die without a fight. That’s the flame of courage burning in their chests, a flame Hitler tried to snuff out.
He saw the Russians practically as he saw everyone that wasn’t German, as sub-humans. Meanwhile he wasn’t even German himself the mustached cnt.
One thing the Germans failed to do, which is actually shocking considering what happened to Napoleon. They didn’t prepare for winter. Oh that’s right, Hitlers one ball got too big and he thought it would be over quickly. They had to do a coat run and grab all of the German women’s nice furs. Can you imagine Nazis fighting in women’s fur coats? But just like Napoleon they underestimated the Russian winter. When they ran out of food, they began cutting meat off the horse as it was walking and the horse felt nothing because it was frozen.
Oh this is interesting, Hitler had tanks and bikes and trucks all that stuff. But he didn’t have that many tanks. In fact the German army was mostly made up of horse and buggies if you can believe that. Hitlers problem was he believed in these super weapons. He had the Tiger Tank. It was the best Tank in the world by far. T-34 could fire a shell a mile away and could load 2 per minute. The 🐅 tank did 1.5 miles, accurately, and loaded 3 per minute. Most importantly it was a behemoth. The armor was way too thick for a T-34. So this was an incredible tank, extremely costly to Produce and they didn’t have that many of them. But they should have kept making the tiger instead of what they did.
They made the Panther. A smaller tank that showed great promise, at least on paper. Problem was, it broke down on the battlefield and was more of a hinderance. They had another tank with a cat name that I don’t remember but it was also just broken. Their smaller tanks were not ready for war. They should have just made as many tigers as they could. Oh, they also had the Ferdinand tank destroyer which was a monster meant to do exactly what’s name said I don’t remember exactly how big the gun was but I think it could shoot 3 miles and it was massive. Only problem was these idiots didn’t put any machine guns on the sides. It was basically just a hulking lumbering slow vehicle with a giant gun and no defenses. The Russians would just run up and throw grenades inside and poof the destroyer crew is dead.
So, Hitler bet it all on his Wunder weapons. Oh, one of which was a massive cannon the size of my schlong, a true beast. It worked, kinda, I don’t remember but I don’t think it did much. But its size was impressive to say the least.
Stalin on the other hand also said that this war will be won by machines. Whoever has the most and the best machines will win. And he was right.

"Holocaust" means "burnt sacrifice", it comes from Greek and is used throughout the bible (for animal sacrifices). Very strange name for these events (who sacrificed what?). I noticed when we criticize Israeli treatment of the Palestinians, they give many reasons why the Palestinians deserve it / forced them to do this. Therefore when they talk about the 1940s, apparently we should consider the reasons, since the reasons might have justified their treatment.

    • @geogeo2299

Very good comment, the etymology of Holocaust is to burn something completely (it is a compound word made of 'Olon' (=whole) and 'Kausis' (=burning) i.e. wholesome burning) and it was used in sacrifices for certain animal parts that were to be consumed by burning rather than eating.
And of course, if we are to follow the string of who is to blame back through history, then we must be ready and willing to face and aknowledge some pretty uncomfortable and unsettling facts and truths.

no. there were hundreds of work camps, and a handful of ext°rm°nation camps (operation reinhardt) as well as dual use work and ext°rm°nation camps (mostly birkenau). and the work camps also ran a 'd°°th by labour' program; supplies including food were very insufficient not just at the end of the war but throughout, and it was normal for the many companies that rented slave labour to expend and replace them as a sort of production material.
however if you compare whole camp systems, the soviet internment of WW2 POWs actually had an even higher total d°°th rate than the n°z° camps. it's worth noting that the d°°th rate of the latter varied greatly between inmate populations, and the camps included "aryan" felons, who held greatly privileged status compared to the racially and ideologically targeted inmates and survived at a much higher rate or even had time-limited sentences.

A better example is the Herero and Nama genocide. There is a strong case for intent, and it was Germany's practice for the Holocaust. Congo, however, was not as susinctely a intentional mass slaughter event, not that racism didnt play a part in the mass death event. Just that its harder to categorize as a genocide without intent to destroy an ethnic or religious group, and I dont think the total number of victims being more than the holocaust is important to your point (genocide is genocide) if that is why you used Congo as an example.
Edit: to add, intent and not number of dwad is also why Israel is comminting genocide. Many officials are quoted with intent, policies show intent, and obviously the massive numbers of kids in body bags show us its genocide. But, people will argue that "not enough" (truely sickening language) people have died yet to make it a genocide, which again, ignores that genocide is defined on intent. Same reason why the Bosnian genocide is still a genocide.
