I love this mini 10 minutes session and always amazed on the number of pauses that Kassandra gets us to do within such short time period. For me personally these 10 minute sessions have been extremely beneficial, energizing to start each day and removing the daily pain and kinks especially during this confinement time where I’m seated all day behind my computer... my word was productivity, because of corona I am self isolating but I still want to be productive, and this has been a great start to my day.
