In January this year, I went full steam ahead with my career. Of course I had plenty of rejection, not because I couldn't do the job, but because they just picked someone else. I came across your videos when I just did a simple google search. Watched quite a few for an interview in April, made it right through to the final round and didn't get the job. However I made such a print on the company they called me back for another interview this month... And I have just been offered the job!!!! I can't believe it and can't thank you enough Don. You helped me so so much, keep being amazing and giving out your fantastic advice.

Had a great first interview last week. Hope I get a second interview request this week. They said they would get back to me at the end of the week.
I love the job and that makes it a bit stressful because I want to do well on the interview but I am so rusty when it comes to being interviewed. Been lucky to get most my jobs via relationships in the past so I have not been thru formal interviews often in my career.

I had a phone interview, I know saying um, you know and so on looks bad but my interviewer said some of those things when I asked questions. I said it probably 3 times but overall it went really great and I have a second interview in person tomorrow with a branch manager.
it's just something to be aware of.
Is it a good idea to get feedback and suggestions from the recruiter in between interviews to construct the strategy for the following interview?
