Looks like the at4x seems to be abit taller even with the 33 tires. Probably could fit 35s with some trimming

Random question...I am extremely torn about going out and buying a raptor or waiting for the ranger raptor to come out. I think that the ranger raptor would work better for me as a daily driver, but I'm also concerned that even when they release, I might be waiting a very long time to get my hands on one. Any thoughts on this? I'm sure I'm not the only person in this boat, so maybe a new video idea for you? :)

Would be nice to know the length, width and height of these trucks to know if it would fit in a standard garage. A lot of theses trucks are parking lot princess more than ppl taking them off road and are garage kept, but hey what do I know. Good vid none the less

AT4X Hands down. Had the opportunity to drive both for long percoids and bought the 2023 AT4X. Absolutely no complaints what so ever and this is come from a 2021 F250 KR Powerstroke that was loaded with more interior options than either of these. The ride of the AT4X is hands down the better of the two... of course this is just my opinion and I've been driving diesels for the last 20 yrs so it's taking a little used to getting back into the gas burner game but plenty of power.

Raptor is obviously the better raw off-roader. The AT4X as mentioned is a luxury off-roader. Two different trucks, two different approaches.
but the Ram TRX is also luxurious, is the AT4X still better than the TRX?
@@HSstudio.Ytchnnl The TRX is definitely luxurious as well, not quite to the same level as the AT4X in that regard though. Plus, this comparison was between the Raptor and AT4X only anyways.
i came here because im confused, im from Dubious and i want i good reliable truck for longevity use. im between raptor and zr2 ? my problem is the engine, i heard GM has issues with engine lifter ,ford has issue with something inside the engine, im not sure what to choose. sorry for my bad english
Good reliable truck long-term. Get the Nissan Titan. It he last of the old style V8s that is the nest value no one talks about.
Where the comparison gets interesting is a Silverado ZR2 Bison vs Raptor 35. Looks like the Chevy is a bit less expensive though the Raptor a bit more off-road capable. But the Chevy gets a V8 and is a bit narrower.
That’s 2 downsides

AT4X looks better from behind, I've never seen a new body Raptor with F-150 stamped into the tailgate. I thought they had a plastic trim piece going across the tailgate.
It’s an option and the dealers are just not optioning it right now for some reason. I have one it has the decal on the tailgate but just about every other one is my town doesn’t. It’s really weird.
A base Rap is still the superior vehicle....but the GMC is nice.....

Not a fan of those 10 speed transmissions, but they both have them? The eco-grenade will not last anywhere near as long as the V8, so long as the valve train doesn't give you issues?
Far far more of those grenade gm v8s have blown up than any ecoboost. A lawsuit out right now due to failing lifters ruining engines 😂 stupid comment. Type in lifter failure 🤭
great video.. both Ford and GMC are known to have issues so you can't really include long term reliability into the mix.. As far as capabilities are concerned, I love the GMC brand but in this comparison I must give it to the Ford Raptor. A much better, all around performance built machine.
never had a single problem with any of my fords, the GMC's I have owner are a whole other story. GMC is such a great looking truck, but they are made so damn cheaply.
Either is more truck than most people will ever need off road.
I'd wager the majority of owners hardly see dirt period.

You can get lemons anytime.....I've had an F150 lemon and a Chev 6.2L lemon.
Premium gas and a small gas tank annoy me with the GM.

Why is the At4x more? Simple, it's built by Greedy Motors, I mean uh, General Motors.
The AT4X payload is 1290lbs…. NOT 1006lbs
The AT4X "AEV" version is less because of the added armor weight.
This Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV is just not quite worth what they’re asking. If it came with the LT2 from the C8 Vette’, I’d say for sure it’s worth it. Not quite special enough.

And the GMC front and rear lockers, and the GMC technology that’s leaps and bounds above Ford, and the GMC’s superior design. There I fixed it for you.
The only thing gmc has over ford is front lockers. Raptor has rear lockers. Raptor has torson diff in front which is plenty. HP - raptor. Torque - raptor. Coil springs - raptor. Ground clearance - raptor. Front and rear departure angles - raptor. Front and rear travel - raptor. Interior and exterior design - subjective. What did I miss? 😳

The Raptor is actually far inferior to the AT4X…. This has been done ad naseum, with the AT4 kicking the Raptor’s ass in most comparison videos. Game over.
@@mybro727 ok. I'd like to hear more about this technology you're talking about that makes it so much better than a Raptor. You seem like a guy that has either never driven a 3rd gen Raptor and certainly never owned one to be making these statements. Interior is subjective, and the Raptor interior wRecaros is extremely premium. I do think GMC does interiors very well, but so does Ram. Bottom line is this, the Ecoboost Raptor engine outperforms the 6.2 and the suspension isn't even comparable. There, fixed it for you.
Raptor for sure. Not to mention in 5 years that Raptor will still be worth $65,000 with 100,000 miles on it (probably).

The GMC AT4X easily wins the depreciation battle lol. While owners will lose tons of money owing the GMC, the Raptor will hold its value far longer.
