I had a request for singing warm down, but realistically, you could use this to put the finishing touches on your singing technical practice for the day or use it get started. As a warm up, you'll have to be pretty comfortable singing with only a chordal accompaniment.
I couldn't resist making the cord progressions more interesting as I went along, I hope you enjoy them. I incorporate elements of the blues, modulations and minor tonalities. The melodies that you will sing in this video start off as single long tones to short chromatic and minor passages.
Enjoy!
I sing up to 22 ours a week this hepls alot ..thank u so much jeff
Nice! That is a lot of singing!
Jeff
Yo Jeff. As always, you the man.
These gorgeous exercises are so full and yummy they're like a song to me covered with fudge - the tonal melody is absolutely scrumptious.
Wish I lived closer!
All of a sudden I feel like Willy Wonka! Thanks for your tasty review!
Jeff
@@JeffRolka I except that double being British and the 'Wonka' being a favorite film.
Without any further ado at 1:02 😉 Thanks Jeff! 🐯

THANK YOU JEFF! Seriously. Through years of singing I’ve had many instructors but you’ve been the only constant. And a huge help.
PS. Please more tenor videos! Another resonance warmup/exercise would be wonderful
I'm happy to help! Thanks! Thanks for watching!
Yup, more tenor stuff on the way. Can do on some resonance practice.
All the best!
Jeff
After hours of rehearsing TECHNO GLAM in the studio this little exercise is what I look forward to when I get back home; it relaxes my entire body and soothes my soul. Love from Sweden Jeff you're the best

Thank You Jeff for all You've been doing for us so far. I've checked so many online teachers seeking for tips, warm ups and lessons but You are the one.
Thank you very much! Thank you for watching and thank you for your kind words!
Jeff
Thanks for this Jeff. I appreciate it. Wasn't expecting you to go into this effort. Thanks a lot✌️️👍
You're welcome! I hope this serves you well!
All the best,
Jeff
WoW! This is a truly challenging work out! I love it! I have much work to do and much improvement is needed. Thanks!
I was on a recording session for about 7 hours at home with dynamics of 3 full scales singing jumping from head voice to falsettos. Obviously i took 15-20 min breaks every now and then before my voice got too tired. But I knew that if I did nothing about it once I was done, I'd feel terrible the day after, so I looked for vocal warm downs and omg.. i'm halfway through your video and I already feel my throat relaxing. Thank you so much for this! I'm definitely suscribed and will recommend this to all my friends!
Wonderful! That's really awesome! Thank you for watching and I'm really glad that it helped! Thank you for subscribing and referring my videos on. It really helps and I appreciate it!
Thank you again for your comment! Really wonderful!
Best!
Jeff
Beautiful exercises! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you Jeff. This was really useful. I sang with this on my way back from a gig. Not only did it warm me down but it was psychologically meditative and soothing.
Awesome. Thank you for singing along with me! I need to do some more of these....
Jeff
Great exercises. Thank you
Thanks, Jeff. I was frustrated today bc I had to pull a song that felt right, but the words were wrong. I spent my morning practice belting out better lyrics and finished with this warm down. It was restful to me. Thank you, and God bless you. Happy Christmas!
Wonderful! Happy Christmas to you too!
You know what I need! 👍
Very helpful as are all your videos. I vary them depending on what I am needing. As always, I feel an improvement in sound, tone and confidence. I am singing Schubert's "An Die Musik" this weekend for a memorial service. I feel my voice is ready! Thank you for your gifts that you share.
Excellent! Exactly as I had hoped folks would use my videos, and why there are so many! Keep it up!
Jeff
Thank you Again Jeff
Thx Jeff happy christmas!!!
You're welcome! Happy Christmas to you too!
Best,
Jeff
This is more of an ear training for me. I kept singing the harmony notes. 🎶😅
Awesome! Keep it up!
Jeff
Same
Cool down or cool off.
isn't that too low for a tenor ? i'm really struggling to get the last notes haha
SlayeCohen the low notes are helpful as they aid in soothing and cleaning the vocals out after a long session of singing. They can be very helpful as a warm down and that's probably why they're there.
+The Mober Thanks for the insight!
