    I had a request for singing warm down, but realistically, you could use this to put the finishing touches on your singing technical practice for the day or use it get started. As a warm up, you'll have to be pretty comfortable singing with only a chordal accompaniment.
    I couldn't resist making the cord progressions more interesting as I went along, I hope you enjoy them. I incorporate elements of the blues, modulations and minor tonalities. The melodies that you will sing in this video start off as single long tones to short chromatic and minor passages.
    Enjoy!

    These gorgeous exercises are so full and yummy they're like a song to me covered with fudge - the tonal melody is absolutely scrumptious.
    Wish I lived closer!

    THANK YOU JEFF! Seriously. Through years of singing I’ve had many instructors but you’ve been the only constant. And a huge help.
    PS. Please more tenor videos! Another resonance warmup/exercise would be wonderful

    I was on a recording session for about 7 hours at home with dynamics of 3 full scales singing jumping from head voice to falsettos. Obviously i took 15-20 min breaks every now and then before my voice got too tired. But I knew that if I did nothing about it once I was done, I'd feel terrible the day after, so I looked for vocal warm downs and omg.. i'm halfway through your video and I already feel my throat relaxing. Thank you so much for this! I'm definitely suscribed and will recommend this to all my friends!

    Thanks, Jeff. I was frustrated today bc I had to pull a song that felt right, but the words were wrong. I spent my morning practice belting out better lyrics and finished with this warm down. It was restful to me. Thank you, and God bless you. Happy Christmas!

    Very helpful as are all your videos. I vary them depending on what I am needing. As always, I feel an improvement in sound, tone and confidence. I am singing Schubert's "An Die Musik" this weekend for a memorial service. I feel my voice is ready! Thank you for your gifts that you share.

    isn't that too low for a tenor ? i'm really struggling to get the last notes haha

    • @mober111
      @mober111 7 лет назад +2

      SlayeCohen the low notes are helpful as they aid in soothing and cleaning the vocals out after a long session of singing. They can be very helpful as a warm down and that's probably why they're there.
