You are so blessed to have family on both sides like this Becky. Our families are so dysfunctional and toxic, we don't do anything together. It's really sad. Even my mom doesn't do anything like this with me. She acts as though I don't even exist. To have a close knit family is a true blessing from the Lord. Your mama and Auntie seem like sweethearts. God bless.

That's the favorite part of my week. I try to do one harvest a week instead of picking here or there bc the longer you can let the plant feed the veggies nutrition, the more likely you are to have a harvest big enough for canning and less chance of spoilage. I need a basket like that though, that's a great basket Becky uses to harvest.

I truly believe you're going to have an easy birth, because you are still keeping busy, working those muscles! I'm a great-grandmother and you always inspire me! I've even purchased a table top 3 tier planter. Growing basil, tomatoes and parsley! I've never done that!!! I have so much basil I don't know what to do with!🤯 I did blend up some with a little olive oil, little water and placed them in ice trays, after frozen, popped them out and placed them in zip lock bags. Oh my goodness Becky!! You and your mom and Aunt really went to town with all that food. I bet everyone on your channel wishes they were part of your wonderful family. You guys are amazing cooks. All the food is prepared so well with some of your fresh produce mixed in. Beautiful food and family!! Take care!

Quick tip about cutting boards, for plastic ones without grip below you can use a damp paper towel or a damp regular towel to keep it from moving so that it’s safer when cutting 😊

Good morning Becky, the food looks awesome. I like corn taco shells too. Those cookie & ice cream sandwiches. Yummy yum. I love your parents. They are the sweetest. Chef Josh warming the shells. Wonderful team work. Looks like the party was a hit. Until next time.

My husband is a truck driver and I travel with him in the truck. We have driven that route many times when we worked for Gulick Trucking inc..before we went independent. You have probably seen Gulick trucks since you grew up in that area. 👍

I've been gardening my whole life but I'm pretty lazy about it, just a few veggies and infrequent weeding but seeing your harvests really inspires me! Especially after I just got home from the grocery store buying so many things I know I can grow. I want to get much more serious next season!

Another great thing about that particular bench scraper is you can grate nutmeg right on the scraper part of the tool, shake the spice into the curved handle part and then tip it and pour it into your measuring spoon. I learned that trick at culinary school. We had the same one.

I don't care how long I live here, I'll always love the drive over the bridge back and forth between Oregon and Washington, especially in the Spring and Summer! Such a pretty view. As far as airports go, PDX is very nice. *Your Mom should teach efficiency classes!

Becky, it’s so fun to watch you and your family cook and work together. I was one of the youngest in my family and have lost my parents and older siblings now. But while I may reminisce and feel a bit nostalgic, I also feel so happy and inspired as I watch and learn from you and yours! Thanks for sharing with us!

To speed ripen avocados put them in a small paper bag with an apple. It will ripen the avocado in 24 hours. Works like a charm.

When cutting corn off the cob, put the cob standing up on the center of a bunt pan. All the corn falls into your bunt pan instead of the floor.

It's so reassuring to hear you talk about the slow harvest this year. Feels like the rest of the world is so far ahead!! I also love the use of the quilting clips in the kitchen. Those things are everywhere in my house and garden (I think I have the exact tin that your mom has).
