Yes I actually did! I made a follow up video on IG and Tiktok but I need to post one here. I now recommend a bubble. Thank you for bringing this up b on this thread! I appreciate you!
this looks fun and easy to do. So if you use a cup of water you would use a cup of glycerin, is that correct? How much liquid to fill entire cup roughly?? Thanks for this awesome video.
Bought these tumblers after seeing your TikTok video and just received them today! Yay! Do you happen to have any tutorials for sublimation on glass? I have subbed before, but never on glass and don't want to mess up these gorgeous tumblers!
Hi amber! I sealed it with UV resin, then added my sticker, then sealed again completely over the bottom. I realize I didn't show this in the video! I will update with a new one
Do you use distilled water? I was told to use distilled because it wont evaporate like regular water. Is that true? I just wonder cuz i use distilled & my snowglobes seem to clump & tons of tiny bubbles 😕😕😩😩
Hello! I just purchased these from the website and just want to do what you did. Do I have to do sublimation on it or can I just fill it up and use vinyl on them.
I've never done that and have had great success. I don't think it's actually degassing as much as letting the bubbles from shaking rise to the top 🤔 but that's just my personal opinion haha
Why doesn't anyone add the glitter to the liquid solution? Unless you're using giant snowflakes or something, it should be able to flow through the syringe and the glass hole.
why doesn't anyone show how you drill the hole? These tumblers don't come already made with the hole. I'm sure there is a more effective way than an actual drill and water
Finally a video so simple and clear! love it Can't wait to try this and sublimation on glass! I've never done it on glass.
Thank you!! Also, make sure to sublimate before you do the snow globe portion. Xo!
Finally a simple way to start making my own cups thank you this was so helpful
Dose it matter the type of glitter you use or it can be any type thank you
Hi..Did you have to put a plug or anything on before the UV resin or just the UV resin? This is a beautiful cup.
Have you had any break with a temperature change? I have heard with the glass ones you need to leave a bubble for expansion.

@@LaurenQuigleyCreations I was just wondering as I am making some now. I wanted to get more opinions on it. I am so nervous about that part of it.

Gorgeous!! We have those blanks too! Love your works!🥰
Thanks for showing us❤
Whats the last bottle you used to seal the glass tumbler besides the light?
I really wanna buy the cups but idk were to find them and idk how much to put
Hi.How did you get rid of the bubbles, i have one big bubble and mine stood for 1 day already
Where did you buy the ccdiy uv resin?

counterculturediy.com/product/uv-resin/uv-resin-4oz/?ref=76
The website for the resin is not working
Love thissss !!! Can’t wait to try mine
Yay yay yay!!
Have you had any trouble with the tops? Like mildew? Do you seal your tops to prevent?

I am making a tutorial for this! But I do 360f degrees in my tumbler press for 60 sec, turn half way and do another 45-60 sec
Any link to this cup
Do you have a supply list
Can you put dtv transfers or does it have to be sublimation transfers ?
You can absolutely do uvdtf transfers!
Do the frosted glass tumblers too comes with the hole at the bottom too ?
They do not I'm sorry!
@@LaurenQuigleyCreationshow do you make the hole ? Please thanks !
Can you link your resin please?
counterculturediy.com/product/uv-resin/uv-resin-4oz/?ref=76
Thanks for sharing I love this.
You are so welcome!
Did you seal the whole bottom or just a small area?
What is the name of the liquid that you put in the glass so that it has the effect of the balloon!?
I use Glycerin and distilled water, you can also use baby oil, and even Elmer's magic liquid mixed with distilled water ( this gives a slow flow)
I want to try snow globes. So once you put the permanent vinyl on the outside of the cup do you have to seal it with anything?
You don't have to but you can if you want
What was used under the resin to close the hole?
Hi amber! I sealed it with UV resin, then added my sticker, then sealed again completely over the bottom. I realize I didn't show this in the video! I will update with a new one
Absolutely beautiful 😍😍😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Could you please mention what’s that rose gold. Glitter ? Couldn’t find it on their web page
Thank you! Yes. Sea Flower, EXTRA, Autumn Rose and elegant
Could i put them on miceowave or dishwasher? What do you put outside? Sublimstion or uv dtf? Thank you
Sublimation! And I wouldn't put them in the microwave, handwash only 💕💕💕 you could also use UVDTF
@@LaurenQuigleyCreations with dtf only handwash too? Thanks
@@baqueiro89 yes I would handwash only to be safe
@@LaurenQuigleyCreationscan we use that for hot beverages ?
What size tumbler did you use? Debating on what size to order.
Do you use distilled water? I was told to use distilled because it wont evaporate like regular water. Is that true? I just wonder cuz i use distilled & my snowglobes seem to clump & tons of tiny bubbles 😕😕😩😩
How much water and glycerin you use?
Hello! I just purchased these from the website and just want to do what you did. Do I have to do sublimation on it or can I just fill it up and use vinyl on them.
Vinyl is totally fine!
What’s the amount of liquid u put inside the snow globe?
Glycerin and water. Not sure of her measurements, but I use 50/50.
Could you tell the measurements of each liquid, please and thank you?
What’s the measurements to the glycerin and water?
Equal parts 💕
This is so beautiful. How much of each glitter do you add to the tumbler? I think I am adding too much. LOL
Thank you so much! I add about an inch and a half to 2 inches at the bottom :-)
Thank you 😊
would you sublimate before or after? or does it not really matter? thank you!
Before! It has to be before 💕
Can you let us know when they are back in stock? I need some in my life
Absolutely!
They're back! Very very limited amount!
Thank you! Love this!!!
Thank YOU!
Do you put anything in the hole prior to adding the UV resin? I have seen some that use plugs, especially on the Starbucks cups
I did not. This worked for me like a charm!
Thank you for sharing! Very helpful 💗
You're so welcome
Do you have to let them de-gas? I've seen other videos and they say you have to let sit for 12hours min.
I've never done that and have had great success. I don't think it's actually degassing as much as letting the bubbles from shaking rise to the top 🤔 but that's just my personal opinion haha
When will u have them back in stock
2 weeks!
Could you please link the resin used .😊

How do you know how much is needed to fill the tumbler?
I mixed approx 120ml
Why doesn't anyone add the glitter to the liquid solution? Unless you're using giant snowflakes or something, it should be able to flow through the syringe and the glass hole.
You want to use chunky glitter so maybe the syringe could get plugged that way? It's a good idea if you fine glitter
How much glitter do you use?
About 2 inches at the bottom
why doesn't anyone show how you drill the hole? These tumblers don't come already made with the hole. I'm sure there is a more effective way than an actual drill and water
I see some that are pre drilled
Some do come with a hole
I've only ever bought them with pre drilled holes
Are these glasses
Hi! Yes they are!
It’s a fun project but messy
Totally can be messy haha!
What project isn't, right? You can always clean on the way, but projects using glitter almost always are! 😁
