Fix a hood that doesn't stay open IN 2 MINS!

Hey guys, today I try to show you how to fix your hood or trunk that has failing struts or shocks. They are usually fairly simple to replace. Although I do it in my BMW E92, other cars are the same concept. Ask any questions you may have. Thanks again for watching :)

So you're showing us how to take the old struts off, so we can replace them? Or is this a hack that allows us to do what we need to under the hood by taking off the old struts temporarily until we can get them replaced? Or will the hood not stay up without those stupid things on it?

My car doesn’t have the strap to keep it open and it’s a Ford Taurus 08. It won’t stay open because the straps aren’t there!!! Frustrating!! Like it wasn’t made with them
