Seeing this again from since the original i can't remember see that Dwayne Kosh 2.0 saw the after glow of the shadows and moden in the room. Sometime you miss things.
His name never mentioned in the show, but JMS has told that his name is "Ulkesh".
He's referred to as Ulkesh in the books as well.
It's Dwyane.
