Those are making my mouth water... and it's only 7:30 in the morning... Thanks alot. Lol. I would have flipped them over onto the grill side to finish but, would have regretted it because of all the melted cheese dripping down through the grates. I have to get this grill, winter is coming and the Weber kettle will be going in the shed. Thanks for sharing!
Each video is better than the last! I love my Weber Q griddle and only got it because of your videos-maybe back to when you were fire escape griller. I’m glad you haven’t forgotten the Weber Q.
I think you'll like the griddle plate. It's a fun little accessory to mix things up. Next thing you know you'll be in the hunt for a full-sized Blackstone. Cheers Les!
Great job - Great vid. - as usual - I enjoy all your videos. Very organized. I like the taste testing & comments at the end. Hope all is well with you.
Your channel prompted me to pick up a Q2200 and a griddle attachment, you're getting me through the lockdown summer - thanks for all your videos, looking forward to trying this one (I get the same brand of ground beef from Whole Foods..)
Really great combinations of meat, cheese and topings. Im working on my words discipline (its so haarrrd. ) By the way I'm doing beer brats tomorrow ( Sunday) so far thats been my favorite thing I have seen this season. You did well on those. Done. 👍
Victor, always great to hear from you, sir! Enjoy the brats. Heading back to the city tomorrow so I'll be off the grill for at least a few days. Cheers man!
Hello and another really great video. I watch your channel regularly and I am absolutely thrilled. Thumbs up and a subscription. Best regards from Germany, near Munich
Thanks a lot, tried those three after your recommendation at the weekend, first time I made smash burgers! Amazing, they were just great!!! I might get another spatula without holes for the next time. Fun fact: In the movie “All is lost”, you can watch Robert Redford wearing the same Seiko and strap. Got one too (also a fan of the nylon straps). It’s a really great and reliable watch, no need to show off with the usual suspects of diving watches!!
Yes these were absolutely delicious. Glad you made them. Love that Robert Redford wore an SKX. It's really a great watch that can take a beating. Cheers 7Boots!
Thank you for the great video! It was most inspiring to see you creat three different tasty beef-burgers! Also, you using the Weber Q, which is a great gas-grill, creat these burgers - brings back the days of you creating on the “Fire Escape,” which was interesting! Your choice of the beer, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, was a great choice to pair with your create endeavors! Best wishes to you and the family! Stay safe and smiling! Cheers! 🧧🤙🌅🍺🍷
Lodge makes a griddle pan that on one side is flat, on the other is a grill. Not sure what size would be right for you, but they are less expensive. I would check them out.
Yah I have the 300 with 1 piece grate so I would have to buy the griddle and 1 grate. It would be more than the grill cost me at this point. Maybe put the cast iron fry pan on it instead
City Escape Griller Brian you are the King of city escape grill....I bought myself a Q1200 last Christmas because of your videos .... like you always say.. “ Keep on grilling”
Hey City, another great video .....I do remember the classic cheeseburger cheeseburger, no Coke Pepsi was the next line, this is a motivator to fire up the Weber Q, I wish my griddle was like yours I have the old version.
John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray. With that cast, can't go wrong. Seriously considering a Blackstone griddle. On my list of about 100 other grilling things under consideration.
@@joeydoesthings4955 I wish I could send a pic from my pc but I don't no how, I'll have to figure it out. It fits length wise end to end and covers about 3/4's of the grill space
That one got the taste buds going, looked great! Love the combinations, very good choices. We like to play around with combinations of fruits, veggies, meats and cheeses on the sliders (some are garbage but made some great discoveries too). As a final thought, thank you for skipping the ketchup! Keep on grillin'.
Lovely video man. Quality is excellent. These little sliders seem to be really popular at the min. My store has starting doing brioche slider buns. They’re incredible. Loving your work man 🤙
Haha nicely done man! I usually weigh my balls (#pause) to about 2.5 oz. Makes for a consistent patty size. I'm gonna have to try those recipes though! Cheers brother
Keep up the good work I love your vids. I have a q1200 on the way and I use a Weber spirit in my yard usually. I was curious on your thoughts on traegers and other types of grills compared to propane. Just like what you prefer and pros and cons, wasn’t sure if you are sponsored by Weber or something.
I'm not sponsored by Weber. Wish I was because I love their grills. I've never tried a Traeger or any pellet grill for that matter. They seem pretty cool. Set it and forget it smokers. Never tried the Weber Spirit either, but I did own a Genesis Silver and loved that grill. I've always been a Weber Kettle guy. I would recommend a kettle to anyone as I think it's the best bang for the buck grill you can buy. If you've got the money, a Green Egg or Kamado Joe would be nice. If you just want an inexpensive smoker I'd probably go with a Weber Smokey Mountain or a Pit Barrel cooker. So many choices!!!
Recently I have been preparing a lot of burgers, those are nice ideas, thanks. However I got a weber master touch, and it is always a bit of work to prepare the barbecue, etc. After watching your videos, I find myself thinking about buying a weber q1200 for convenience. You have been using a weber q and a master touch, so I wonder if you have some insights to share ? Cheers.
I use both grills all of the time. I use the Q a lot for lunches, when I'm too tired to light up the kettle, or when it's raining. Hotdogs, burgers, sausages, reheating pizza. I grill cedar plank salmon on the Q all the time. The kettle I use a lot for dinner and long cooks on the weekend. Anytime I want that smoke flavor and make a seriously good meal. Ribs, corn-on-the-cob, chicken wings, more ribs. Sometimes I'll even cook the sides on the Q while the kettle is slow cooking the main course.
I bought mine off amazon for $40. The link is in the description below the video. I see now that it's $54. I believe this is because it is out of stock on Amazon. You should be able to find it elsewhere for $40.
Are you kidding me? All of them look amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, these were pretty killer sliders. Thanks for watching man.
Never clicked so fast!
Thanks Frank. Appreciate you watching!

Glad you like the vids. This one was actually a lot of work to create, but wow were those little burgers tasty. Thanks for watching, Judith.
Hi Brian, another excellent video, thank you. I hadn’t appreciated the value of a griddle plate until I saw this. I think I will treat myself...
I think you'll like the griddle plate. It's a fun little accessory to mix things up. Next thing you know you'll be in the hunt for a full-sized Blackstone. Cheers Les!
Great videos brother, been watching all weekend. Just ordered the Q 1200......thanks. Love to see how your production has gotten great. Viva grilling!
Thanks for the support. New video out today. Cheers mrjc12!
Just got mine today and I think I will try these sliders first
Aha, blue cheese. Again you're showing good taste 😎 I'd definitely go for the blue cheese accompanied with a Westmalle Tripel !
....even Chimay Grand Reserve would be awesome! ; )
A Trappist man I see. Excellent! I went with a Pale Ale and have no regrets. Cheers!
Man, you love that griddle! I bought one after watching your videos, and I love it too,
Yeah it's pretty fun and has me considering a Blackstone.

Great video. All those look amazing. Gonna try those combos out.
Thanks man! Hope to see you guys soon. Cheers!
We use Havarti cheese all the time, such a great cheese for a burger!!
I just started with Havarti on my burgers. It's kind of perfect. Melts so well. Cheers Toby!
glad to have you back love the burger recipes have to try them.
Thanks sunnyj209. These were just delicious.
They look delish.

So excited to see a new video from you! Thanks so much. Firing up the Q tomorrow to give the blue cheese one a try 😊
Well, I know that bleu cheese slider came out fantastic. Now I want another one.

Thanks Bill. Always appreciate your comments. Smashing sliders into a griddle with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, I mean, how can you go wrong???
so good
Great video. I want to get a griddle for my q320 but they’re so pricey,...the wife is a no-go for 1. 😌
$60 from Weber + plus sales tax. Free shipping as over $50.

Just purchased the Lodge 2-sided griddle for
I love all three!
Thanks Willis! I'd be hard pressed to choose just one. So I ate all three. Of course, I did a rehearsal the day before as well.
City Escape Griller Brian you are the King of city escape grill....I bought myself a Q1200 last Christmas because of your videos .... like you always say.. “ Keep on grilling”
Nice Video. Would have loved to seen the clean up!
Every time the griddle is involved, there's quite a bit of cleanup. But it's usually worth it!
GREAT job as always.......
I appreciate that. Thanks as always for watching, Michael.

There is an old style Weber griddle for the Weber q? I wish I could see it

jerry williams it sits on the grates?

Tough to beat onions cooked in butter on the griddle. Cheers Stuart!
City Escape Griller 100% agree and the smell they give off too
Lovely video man. Quality is excellent. These little sliders seem to be really popular at the min. My store has starting doing brioche slider buns. They’re incredible. Loving your work man 🤙
Brioche vs. Potato buns. Now that would be a good comparison! Thanks for watching Sebtrain.
City Escape Griller started following you on insta. Benjylfc on there 👋
That was a good video thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching. Cheers!
Killin me!
So good! Cheers Tom.
Great job brother. Maybe in the future you can cook a salmon on a cedar plank. Love your recipes.
I will definitely be doing that again soon. Cheers Mike!
Haha nicely done man! I usually weigh my balls (#pause) to about 2.5 oz. Makes for a consistent patty size. I'm gonna have to try those recipes though! Cheers brother
Lol! I think these were about 2 oz each. I made four with about a half pound.
So, which one did you save for me ? I’m not picky I would eat any of those ! Great cook! I love my the old style diner / smash burgers !
Right on Daddy Dutch. Sorry though, but these didn't last very long. Cheers man!
You seen the treager commercial.. it taste like gass. But you know what there hinting at🤣🤣🤣
No I haven't seen it. Traegers seem pretty cool though for pellet grills.

May I suggest a smaller spatula?
I've got some hamburger in the fridge. Gotta run and get'm done so I can eat, too. : - )
Enjoy your burgers Sheila. Cheers!
And now i wan a burger!
And you didn't before? Lol... Cheers Lasse!
City Escape Griller 😂🤣
Have you found a good way to clean the griddle? I recently got one and I'm in the learning phase.
Since it is porcelain enamel coated cast iron, weber says you can clean it with warm soapy water.

City Escape Griller Thanks, and I am convinced. But now I have to convince my wife 🤔
How hot do you have the griddle when cooking the burgers? Medium?
I cooked the bacon, onions and mushrooms on Low heat. I turned the gas to Medium for the burgers.

RRRRRRando!
Where can I find a griddle?
I have the Weber Q2200, got mine on Amazon. it is pretty heavy but works really well
I bought mine off amazon for $40. The link is in the description below the video. I see now that it's $54. I believe this is because it is out of stock on Amazon. You should be able to find it elsewhere for $40.
🤗👍🤝
Thanks Gary. Keep on grillin'!
