This was cool. Definitely a fast cook for a game. You guys stay killing It. Blackstone should put you guys doing demos with Todd in a Walmart parking lot. Griddles are out of stock in Buffalo. I know so many people looking to purchase one. Maybe next Year you will be on tour. Ha ha

I’ve made smash burger on my Blackstone several times, but I never thought to do smash sliders. I especially like the King’s Hawaiian buns! Great cook...Magnificent!

When you flip the patties have the diced onions on the spot they’re going to and finish them on the onions. Oklahoma grilled onion burgers.

I think you should smash thinner, when you smash you should aim to see small holes in the middle of the meat that juices bubble up into, and for the flip you'll find a much better crust if you wait until the meat around those holes looks a little grey. Sure hope you washed that tray in between :) lol
Thank you so much - we have done so many smash burgers on the griddle, while we appreciate the good crust, we have found that for us, when we do them super thin, they dry out and lose some juiciness. Lol, we always make sure and clean anything with raw meat before reuse.🤣🤣 take care!🤙🤙

I love this video. Great job on speeding it up. One thing I missed is preparing the rolls. I heard you say you would use mayo but didn’t see the use. They did look nice and crispy.
Oh, yes, thank you! At one point you can see Brett to the right of the griddle preparing each roll - a thin layer of mayo (similar to the way you’d butter a roll) and then he laid them down on the griddle. Hope this helps Judith! Hope this helps!😄😄

My mouth is literally watering at 12am now, lol! What a great idea for game day! I have the big Blackstone press and I am wondering if I could do four at a time with that, hmmm. I was just thinking the other day about trying sliders like they do at White Castle; basically steamed on top of a bed of diced onions. Either way, love the big cooking surface. Griddle on Bros!

Looking into a griddle, and have been looking at both a 36 black stone and a 36 blue rhino razor stainless steel grill. Is the stainless steel better than a regular black stone?

Hey! Good question - we don’t weigh the meat, each ball was just larger than a golf ball, I’d say around 2-3oz.

pulled off my Blackstone cover to make some fried rice only to discover ants had invaded :/ they were swarming all over it. Kinda made me lose my appetite even after I cleaned them all up

Agreed - when I lived in Paraguay, they simply used “pepino” instead of pickle, since the only place one saw pickles was at McDonalds or other fast food places (North American joints in Paraguay), they simple called them “pepino” instead of pepinillo” - thank you for watching fam!🤙🤙
