I love that there’s junk food everywhere. I’m also somebody that stays away from it, as much as I can LOL
It’s fun and taste good when you’re healthy .
There was a time when Americans we weren’t as saturated with Sugars and fats. It’s definitely a generationall thing.
And the medication‘s add to the generational genetic dysfunction’s of the body….?
Is there a way to get Americans to work out? We’re going to have to convince millions and millions of Americans to start working out.
He’s describing a machine and the people feed this machine generationally, and the machine generates more money by solving more problems that…. that the machine keeps creating.😮 the more i type the more it’s there, just thinking.

I’m a physician. He is being very honest. Good health can be achieved ( for most of us) by getting enough sleep, eating real food, avoiding junk food, exercising every single day ( yes even when it’s raining and it’s hot outside) taking time to think about God and taking care of relationships with humility honesty and kindness. These things are the keys to good health. I cannot stress this enough to my patients. Are you anxious, depressed and angry? Don’t go to the fridge. Step outside , walk in nature and talk to God ….

Sort of. I just put up a comment about my situation. Been mentally unwell for 15 years and it's hit me hard, and controlled my life. I'm now on 4 different meds. I spend most my time as a zombie. I lift weights. I walk miles. I cook my own food from scratch. I love making bread. But I just feel like I don't want to be here. I'm not going to tap out, but it would be easy to. I tried before and got sectioned. I am stuck in life. I'm a skilled software engineer. But I have ASD, ADHD, depression, panic disorder and I beat Cancer. I think beating Cancer made me cheat my fate, and I'm trapped here now. If God is in control, I shouldn't be here. My number was called. My parents lost the battle 5 years ago, why am I here? And what is my purpose in life without the people I love? Even before they passed, I was unwell mentally. I've got therapists. I receive support. But nothing works. I don't know what causes it, or how to control it. Professionals are clueless. They just adjust my meds, ask me loads of questions, and send me away for 3 months until our next meeting. I desperately want to be normal. I do all the right things. Yet I'm completely broken. I wish it were as simple as diet, exercise and discipline. I'm wired incorrectly in the brain I think. I don't understand the value or need in doing a 9 to 5 and wasting your life. I don't not believe humans were intended to live this way. I think the system is the problem. I could happily live alone, in nature, in my own small hut and be in my element. But the powers control it all and make that impossible. Escaping the system seems impossible.

My sister has struggled with weight her whole life , I started getting out of shape after 4 kids and always putting myself last. I would eat whatever during the day because I was running crazy with kids, school, sports etc.
I started getting healthy 4 years ago, working out , watching what I eat , just over all caring about my health. My sister jumped on Ozempic. She has lost double what I have in 6 months vs my 4 year journey. I admit since my husband got cancer I have less time to workout but still go to the gym 3 days a week. She dropped multiple clothing sizes in a couple months. People want results immediately! She started having mental health issues , stomach issues and recently decided to go off it. I read that ozempic causes you to lose muscle mass as well which scares the hell out of me! I am so glad I chose the path I did , the long hard path that has zero side effects! I can happily state that I take ZERO prescription drugs and I am healthier than ever!

My doctor, if you could even call her that, told me I'd never come off insulin and I would die if I tried to. My A1C was a solid 10 for the decade I was taking insulin. My weight was 220 (5'4 female). I went off insulin and started the Mediterranean diet, along with 45 to 60 minutes a day of exercise. Within six months, I lost 40 pounds. My doctor didn't acknowledge my success, instead she scolded me that my A1C was 8 and unacceptable. I just brought it down two points! Then she started pushing ozempic. She wouldn't let it go. I took the prescription from her and never got it filled. I returned for my 90 day appointment having lost 10 more pounds and another point off my A1C. That grifter wouldn't talk to me about my weight loss, coming off insulin, or lowering my A1C when I told her I never got the prescription filled. She wouldn't see me anymore, I had to find a new doctor in the practice. She just left the practice and opened her own weight loss clinic. She should lose her license. Total shill!

Once a rep said, well we see you haven't written for the drug we've given samples for, so we may have to stop giving samples. and right there at the receptionist window, in front of the waiting patients, I said, hang on, are you threatening me? Grains were used in large amounts before industrialization, that was the staple in most countries of the world. And people were not obese or diabetic then. The trouble with some grains is gene manipulation, and the mandatory medication via supplements that have to be added by the manufacturer (unless it's sold as organic). Wheat (and other gluten grains) cause issues for some people, yes, but there are lots of other grains that just aren't eaten much in western countries.
I fully agree on oils. I think the big problem with sugar is processed foods.

I was 278 pounds 2 years ago. I am 149 pounds today. 5 foot 8 27 year old male. My doctor told me I was pre diabetic at the time. I went to the doctor due to back pain, nothing to do with my diet. My back pain was due to the Increased weight pressing against my spine. I drive a commercial truck 10-12 hours a day, it was hurting my back just to sit. My switch was the day that I was holding my glock to my head for a solid 3 minutes with my finger firmly on the trigger at the wall. I almost pulled it, but I decided to put the gun down and reach out to someone. I'm so glad I did not pull that trigger.

Don't take my advice, read the book or listen to it, it's called Good Energy written by Calley and his sister Casey. They are amazing people. If you want immediate Good health, become a carnivore. Again don't listen to me. Listen to Shawn Baker or Ken Berry along with many many others sharing phenomenal life changing results. You store fat because your body is working to rid the sugar and carbs, or glucose from your blood. I lost 1/3 of my body weight and my health markers are that of a 16 yr old. I'm 57, I was 245lbs. The fact that he could & would turn things around is what sadly will most likely prevent President Trump from being president again and choosing effective people like Tucker … I lknow we need his leadership, but too much money is on the line for pharmaceuticals & the weapons industry & the people they bribe - oops I mean the people they lobby. However, I am holding out hope.

He is black listed from anything that the democrats are running. Pharma is in kahoots with the dems. They are all making money hand over fist. Just like the Biden’s crime family. Who get a bag of diamonds from a foreign government instead of cash. If trump’s kids got a bag of diamond’s from the CCP. All hell would break loose. But. Fake media doesn’t report on truth anymore and their neophyte viewers believe everything. It’s amazing.

I am a retired RT that had a specialty in ICU and I am right there with you!! I retired in 2010 and have never regretted leaving the medical field. Politics has so saturated the medical field that you can no longer deliver what your patient actually NEEDS and that started in the early 2000's. I hope you are close to retirement as well....people are leaving the medical field by the droves....my sister who has been a neonate nurse for 25 years wanted to work until she was 70. She is an outstanding tiny baby nurse, but she is starting to rethink her retirement and she is only 65. :/

I was an RT for 30 years. The biggest games I saw was in long-term acute care. I would want to wean a patient off a ventilator that I knew for a fact could wean and they would make me weight those 4 days or whatever just so they could get paid before starting the wean. It would piss me off so bad then they would slow the wean down. So frustrating. Sometimes I would get a pulmonologist that I would say. Let me push the protocol if we had a protocol in place which most places do in general. And whenever he'd let me push it, I'd have them off that day. Sometimes in two days. Usually knew within 3 or 4 days. If they're going to stay off sometimes they'd surprise you day eight. Damn it they went back on but you just never knew. There's usually a comorbidities that you were dealing with and other things going on but I'm with you guys up above here. Glad to be out of the field. But I do miss it. And if it wasn't for rotator cuff injuries in both shoulders, I probably would go back. But I can't unfortunately.

It isn't just the Drug part of the FDA that is corrupt. Read the history of stevia and the blockades it put up for decades on the request of companies like Mosanto so that patented artificial sweeteners could dominate the market. Stevia began production in Japan in 1971.

I also believe that there is a cure for cancer, but they won't reveal it because there's so much money involved in the treatment.

What if cancer is simply fungus inside the body?
Maybe it exists for the purpose of eating "dead" tissue, but due to our diets, we have more "dead" tissue than ever before....
      It's something to think about.....

    • @Spooky2girl

I can give you several cures for cancer. Any kind of cancer. So many things kill cancer. The hard part is getting a frail body with a compromised immune system to detox the dead cells and toxins they release fast enough.
It’s hard, but it can be done.
I suggest you look at high dose IV vitamin c, papers available going back decades
Gerson therapy focussing on green juices
      Raw cruciferous with omega 3
      Rife frequencies
And there’s plenty more. You can find the information if you want it.

Tried Keto for a couple of months, then switched to carnivore with time restricted eating, 10 months later with zero exercising just normal activities I’ve lost 75lbs. I take no medicines and my blood work is great. I feel tons better than where I was headed. Just eat a proper human diet and your body will do amazing things that you and others will notice!

I got cryptosporidium from drinking raw milk when I was 18. I was shitting every 15 minutes for over a week, I could see the mucosal lining of my intestines in the toilet bowl. It was absolutely horrible. Had I not been so young, it could’ve killed me. I also milked cows for several years and don’t drink milk based on what I saw. There’s literally cow shit in the milk, they filter it out but the shit particles are still in there. Pasteurized or not, that is gross.
