INTERCEPTED? No, escorted! F-4 Phantom and F-16 fighter jets close by an airbus A321

Happened 25 years ago, from my archive:
When an official presidential state visit takes place the visited country often provides an aerial escort from the airspace boundary until first landing airport. This is one of the very rare chances to watch a fighter jet from a close distance never imaginable otherwise.
The three F-4 Phantoms accompanied us for around one hour until landing at LTAC-ESB/Ankara while the two F-16 escorted us on the way home from LTBJ-ADB/Izmir until the boundary.
Standard PAL resolution (of course at that time).
