  • A 10 minute ab wheel workout is sure to work your ab muscles as you workout at home. We've got a full 10 minute ab wheel routine that you've got to do if you want a 6 pack. We promise to leave your abs burning and give you a workout you won't regret!
    It's 10 minutes of ab wheel exercises, a different exercise each minute. Grab your ab wheel and mat- let's do this!
    We are a couple who loves to workout and want to share our journey to grow more fit and maintain our fitness over the upcoming years. If you feel unsafe in any way, don't workout with us. We are not personal trainers, only regular people showing you that it's possible to get fit and stay fit at home.. We encourage you to workout as we workout and exercise 3 to 5 times per week. We upload weekly, sometimes twice per week.

    Heads up! If you’re a girl or guy who has long hair, make sure to have your hair in a bun!!! Mine was in a ponytail and my hair got stuck in the wheel on that last exercise!😂

    I've been using this 2 to 3 days a week, 20 minute sessions, with 2-minute breaks in-between. I've been using this for 4 months, and this is the VERY first time in my life, I'am seeing my abs start to GROW 😳! #ITWORKS

      100% it works I don't do 20 minutes but I take 45 second breaks then and it helps

    I know this video is a couple of years old, but I just discovered it, did the ab wheel workout and loved it. I like your casual approach and the fact that you do the workouts in "real time".

    I’m a truck driver and along with my yoga mat and ab-wheel I picked up from Walmart this fits into my lifestyle. Thank you both for this good routine for me to implement. I did get some sweat buildup outside in 42F temps.. so really good!

    Been doing the ab roller for about a month and this workout was challenging, straight to the point, easy to follow and you actually feel the burn. Great video

    Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

    I really like this workout! The first day I done it I was so sore and stiff, especially at the back of my arms but now I've been doing it for a couple of weeks it's not so bad only the back of my arms kill🔥🔥

    Boy, that workout looks tough. I had one of those wheels many years ago, and after trying it once or twice, I gave up. But I think I'm going to try it once again, since my abs are in better shape now.

      It's good to take it slow at first, but since you've got stronger abs now, good luck! Sometimes the lower back can ache bc of ab wheel exercises, so make sure to stretch that out afterwards if you struggle or it's tight.

    Just got me an ab roller yesterday and I am in love with the thing, I just did the basic roll standing up and on my knees and it gave me a great stretching in my upper and lower back. Felt a few cracks 😅

    Just finished it . I was tired of using it the regular way ( all the way out and in). This exercise was very fun and challenging! My favorite was the all the way out and hold for three seconds , although it was challenging! Great work guys ! Much love.

    I got a ab wheel about 3 years go, used it for maybe a week. Never know i could do this much with it, now i can start using it again.

      Yeah this is a wonderful video! One of my bf she thought she was heavy even tho she wasnt she was perfectly thick and about 45 years old. I'm 32. But anyways she started ab wheeling ... Omgosh what an amazing difference she is so confident in her new body and slim. She had never been so happy with her body before. She started eating different too tho. And eventually stopped smoking camels
      Oh well I'll try it too
      She has tried to fight me tho on several occasions, broke my nose (I don't get to see her anymore) but she can't hit that hard after practing to punch me for over three years on a bag. I don't even hit her back when she goes to harm me . Because I don't know why she is upset. I love her her is my friend but oh well. I tried to help in everyway I could and they just drop me and remember nothing it's almost like a war of good and evil

    This really is an abs pain work out, boy the next day I can feel it, I mix it with an other abs work out using each as a warmup ,every 2nd day, keep up the good work

    I got an Ab wheel as a gift and I laughed to myself saying “how can this help me lose weight?” I was so wrongggg thank you guys, even though I just began working out you guys have given me hope for a better me.     You guys are great! I never thought of all the ways an ab wheel could be used. I just ordered a better one from Amazon. I would like to offer a safety tip I discovered. Do the roll out toward a wall, instead of away from it. That way you can measure just how far out you want to go. The wall stops you from going too far. Anyways, thanks for the help. Joel

    1st try I couldn't do everything exactly to the "T" in the exercise, but I stuck with it for the whole ten minutes. My abs are on fire, this feels great. I'll be adding this exercise to my full body workout routine everytime I workout. Thanks folks.

    I remember when I first tried on it hurt my abs for almost a week laughing, pooping, laying in bed and sitting up. Been doing ab rolls normally for while now. 10 reps at 5 sets or more a day. Now wanted to do this 10 minute workout and was fun

      Jeff has a bias against certain exercises that we all know and love. Ab wheels work wonders with me, so I'm sticking with them. As with everything, proper form is essential.

    Been using this as my go to core workout for about 5 months now. Along with some 16:8 fasting I’m beginning to sculpt some and as I learn more about my body and especially core I want to say I’m glad I found this first because your choice of exercises is brilliant. I have veered off to try new things occasionally, learnt about muscle activation, ways of isolating your core before the workout and avoiding the ever abundant core workouts that are 90% hip flexor. I appreciate your work and I wish you guys the best

    I did this yesterday and wow I haven't been this sore in a longggg time 😭🤣 how a little wheel can cause you all this pain ?!!🤣 I LOVED IT !!!

      I know, right! Make sure to take some time to stretch and do a light ab workout to help relieve some of that pain.

      I usually do ab exercises 3 times a week. Check out some of the other ab videos I've got if you want to switch it up!

    This was a great workout! I could really feel the burn... My abs and arms were so sore the next morning.

      It will definitely destroyed you of you do ab roller literally like them. Watch atlean x instead for proper and beneficial vids.

    Great workout. As a Long and Triple Jumper, my abs and core are quite important to my ability to perform well! After a couple injuries this was useful to getting myself going again and breaking up monotonous ab works in the gym and at home. Thank you guys.

    i tried that thing abroller once
    i used it for about five minutes and thought i was going to have a hernia when i used the thing
    and the next day wanted to die

    Both doing exercises for hip flexors rather than core. Plus you should show people how-to execute properly
