Hey Ray, I have just cleared the PMP with all the Above Target levels. Thanks for all your fabulous videos that are helping all PMP aspirants. I would really recommend everyone to see your approach to Situational questions and Change Control flow.
Loving your videos Mr. Ray... I have increased my chances alot just by watching your videos last few days. I am more confident. My exam is in last week of April 21. Thank you.
This vid is a must watch if you want to get it right on the exam. I passed last week, thanks to Ray and his mindset about PM’s behaviour as he shared in this video. Many many thanks #PmpwithRay
Hello Megha, many many congratulations for achieving this milestone in your career! It is all because of your hard work & dedication...enjoy the achievement! Welcome to the club... Please share my RUclips channel and my 380-Q Udemy mock within your network & peer group! That's the only way I can reach out to more potential PMP aspirants like you!...and help them achieve success... if you had taken my UDEMY course and found it helpful, it would be wonderful if you can provide a 5/5 rating & write a nice review for it…honestly, it would mean the world to me 😊 Wish you all the best in your career ahead...which I am sure will scale new heights now with PMP!!! I am really happy that I was a part of your journey for PMP... 😊 All the best, stay well... Best, Ray
Hi team. I just got cleared PMP on 26-11-2021.I had taken the subscription for PMP 2021 mock simulator (pmbok 6 & 7). It helped me like anything. Due to my work profile as PM, I get very little time for study. However this mock test have covered all topics in a very structured and precise manner. With each question a logical reasoning based answers is given to help internalise concept well. I thank Roy for making such a beautiful test series. I highly recommend his study material for busy professionals. Surjit

Great video with clear explanations, Ray ! I've also liked your videos on ITTO quiz on a couple of Knowledge Areas! They give us a very good understanding of the important ITTO's. Your selfless efforts in making the PMP aspirants understand the concepts, is much appreciable! Kudos to you and please keep up the great work. Thanks.
I think for Q1 we cant include in PM n in seq activity, its a typical question of understanding definition of terms and its consequence, please correct me if i am wrong!
Your assumption "if we have one critical path and the relations between activities finish to start" is not correct since the question nowhere states that. Of course we can have more than 1 critical path for a project. Check my critical path video for more details.
No. Usually, we do not have 1 critical path. Critical path of a project keeps on changing as the project progresses. See my critical path video and this doubt of urs will get clarified :)
PMBOK says 'Fast tracking may also increase project costs.' so it is not necessarily increase cost. That is the reason I eliminated D. Can you please help explain?
Hi Liang. Yes may/may-not we cannot be certain. But, option A is definitely wrong since you do not have extra resources to do a crashing activity. So, D is the best answer we have got among the lot.
Hi ray recently I came across your videos and saw 10-12 of them. I am planning to do PMP I have 9 years of experience in workforce management and want to do PMP. Am I eligible since I don't have project management experience?
Hi. ideally you need to have 3yr PM experience for PMP. Now, you need not be a PM but you need to perform the roles & duties of a project manager to be eligible. Thanks for watching & commenting.
Hi! Thanks for the video. I have a question about Question #2, where I had the option 'A' as correct. Basically, I referred to the point 4 of the framework, that says that a PM needs to have a Plan B. That made me think that the PM must have foreseen this situation in the Risk Register and needs to implement the risk response (which I thought equaled Contigency Plan). I also liked this option better than option C because it assumed that the PM was proactive, not reactive, and followed a plan. Could you point out what is wrong about my way of thinking? :)
Hi Alexander, if option A is true, anyone, anytime will come & highjack your resources during the project like this. Do you want that? Also, it sends an impression that you are not an assertive PM. You don't foresee risks such as your resources get pulled off randomly during projects...that's not professional.
@@PMPwithRay okay, I can see what you mean especially when thinking about real-life projects. Thanks. By the way, I passed my PMP exam a could of days ago and your videos were helpful in preparation. So thanks a bunch!
sorry ray...i disagree with you for the answers of questions 2 & 3.for question #2 PM has to solve his project problem till he get the alternative resources.. yes he will fight for his rights but this issue it may take weeks.for question #3 if PM will inform the sponsor that his acceleration will increase his cost or risk will get an answer that it is not his problem, actually both information the sponsor doesn't know so PM has to show him positive attitude.but in the end you are my master and sure you are more correct..it seems that i am very far to apply for pmp exam.
Hi, many thanks for your comment. I suggest that you re-watch the explanation part for Q2,3 and formalize your understanding about the concepts which I taught. You have a bit more prep to do before you are ready for the exam :)
Hi Deeoak. No, option A is not correct since we can do crashing as well since we have extra funds (CPI 1.2)...we need NOT necessarily do fast tracking (activities in parallel)

Can I get a link to the pm behaviour framework ?
Hello, yes sure. This is the link: ruclips.net/video/6acSWefCyes/видео.html
we can not use fast tracking for activities on critical path ...am i right?
Of course you can. But you need the funds to do so, which you do not have in this question.
But if we have one critical path and the relations between activities finish to start...how we can use fast traking...fast traking means parallel?
