I am happy to announce that I have cleared my PMP exam. My suggestions to all PMP aspirants that 1) ITTO is important to understand 2) Understand the PMP concepts as that only helps you to get the right answer. 3) I followed PMPwithRay's mock exam strategy i.e. to maintain an error log and work on your weakness. 4) Depends on time use your resources like if you have plenty of time and your aim is to gain knowledge the go with book reading or if you aim at clearing exams in a short span that use video series to learn the concepts. 5) PMP is not easy but it's not that difficult too so don't be too afraid of it. 6) Make a study plan and stick to it. 7) Time management is key to the PMP exam.

I just cleared my PMP this morning through online proctored exam, most questions were straight forward and only 2-3 on EVM. Lot of them around Ingtegrated change and Stakeholder Mgmt and risk mgmt (risk register, risk mitigation approaches, etc)... Got AT in all except Execution... Elated!!
Thank you. I just purchased your mock exam from Udemy. I appreciate these video's and you breaking it down. These 2 practice questions appear to be medium on the easy to hard scale.
Thank you so much for this strategy! I wish I would have found these videos sooner. My exam date is days away. So I wont have that much time to fully analyze what I need, but I'm sure I can attain a higher score because of it!

Hi Ray, If Option 3 is Schedule baseline (for example) So between Milestone list and Schedule baseline which would the PM select to refer to planned date of a milestone activity ? Thank you. all your videos are very helpful, keep doing the good work !
Hello Kiran, 74% is a good score, but you need to ensure that you analyze the answers & explanations very thoroughly to get the learning points. Redo the mock again and see if you can score a 100%. How well you perform in the PMP exam is not dependent on how you score in mocks but how good you are in anaylzing your mocks to develop your error logs from it. Watch this video here to know more about the process: ruclips.net/video/7YeYG36eU-w/видео.html All the best!
Hi Ray, Thanks for presenting a great question here. Needed some guidance from you on basis of what would you recommend after PMP? I’m exploring the options of CSPO or PSPO or PMI-ACP. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. I understand that CSPO is much easier to get, what are your thoughts?
Hi Chaksu. It entirely depends on the Industry you are in. Varies a lot between industries such as FMCG, BFSI, Real Estate, Education, IT etc. I would suggest you benchmark within your peer group!
In question number1: You have consulted with sponsor for milestones- Doesn't that imply we have not created the milestone list yet and still performing define activities?
'Consulted' is past tense. So that phase is done. Now you have the "list of activities and the detials"...as per question...so, the next step is to sequence them...i.e. create network diagram

@@PMPwithRay Is it possible to crack it in 3months now that we are already into September? Also one answer I couldn't find is PMP exam only select dates or runs round the year. Reason is what if a person registers now, gets application approval and then finds out that all the December slots are full
Hi Monish, yes it is possible to clear it in 3 months...but you need to study very hard & smart. Also, I think seat availability is not an issue since you can take the exam from your home in a proctored environment. Even if you chose to write it from a center....there are many centers available in the Tier 1 city.....worst case you need to goto a Tier 2 city to write the exam...

Hi Anurag, the intent of this mock test is not to provide you 'difficult' questions to solve...but to provide you the right mix of questions that you would find in the actual PMP exam...not all q's in your PMP exam will be difficult.
