    Looking delicious! However olive oil should not be use for cooking, overheating olive oil makes it toxic. Use avocado or coconut oil. Olive oil is great for add on after your curry is finish, ready to serve and off course great for salad and pasta after it’s been cook

      Thank you Lorraine- that’s a great point and I’ll look into other options for oil. Coconut is a great option 👌👌
