Thanks for your videos. They helped me disassemble my osmo 950. I just replaced the right side brush motor as it isn't working with a new motor but it is still not working. The main brush is working and the left side brush is working. I have also reset it to default. What could be the reason for the right side brush still not working? Thanks again for the great content

If totally can't charge & no power at all, can't power on that means battery flat...same like our car battery if we don't use car for few months so battery need to recharge or replace...plz check whether battery can charge back or need to replace

Hello, I’m having issue with omnix1 model, water is not dispensing from the tower into the vacuum/ robot or in to the washing sink. I contacted the customer care of deebot which didn’t helped me. I’m messaging you to see if you have solution.

Most welcome...if water totally not dispensing not even for washing cloth or cleaning sink then confirm in station water pump or solenoid Valve not functioning...need to replace. You inform Ur country service centre about this hopefully they will understand n replace that part for you...if you are in Malaysia then most welcome you can bring it to me I'll fix for you..

May I know the model no plz..if it's Ozmo 950 model then motherboard & main brush motor both need to replace...if other models then Mosley Main brush motor Only need to replace
