If in mobile app this error appears then plz check all brushes.its not only side brushes.mostly is only main brush jammed. I explained how to test & solve this issue... hopefully You like this video.thanks

The right to repair is such a huge issue in the US. Apple forces its customers to bring their products to Apple stores to fix even minor problems. I love that you guys are teaching your customers how to do basic maintanence and repair after warranty. That's great service! Keep it up.

I have a side brush which is no longer rotating when cleaning, but when I check out the brush while the power is on, it spins freely in it's socket. Any recommendations here? Might it be as simple as a loose connection to the engine? Might you do a video on replacing the motors for the side brushes?
Plz power off the deebot.put upside down & turn bother side brushes towards front roller... means right side brush Will go Anti Clockwise m left side brush will go clockwise...then see both spinning with same flow or u feel one side slightly tightened compare to other side ....if like this it means that side side brush motor assembly need to replace.... normally only side brush motor assembly issue... Very rare that wire broken or connection loosen...after 1 year plus it's possible
Hi doc! My deebot m80 pro the main brush turns perfectly I cleaned it just lol you said, but one of the side brushes doesn’t turn 😢😢 one is ok but one is stuck what can I do???
Hello, i have Deebot ozmo 950. I have been cleaning all the brushes nicely and neatly, but when I turn on the vacuum cleaner, it always says that the brush is tangled and needs to be cleaned. I even changed to the other tool that does not require the main brush, but it still keeps saying the same thing. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
Main brush motor assembly need to replace... sometimes because of motherboard also this issue can appear

My deboot ozmo950 main brush not rotate. How is it change main brush engine?
First of all you need to order main brush motor assembly for this model once you get then need to remove all bottom screw then LDS back 2 screw covered with black rubber.then remove bottom chassis plate, bumper panel remove bumper wires n remove battery as well, once you remove battery Mattel lock you will find 2 more screw underneath. don't forget to remove those... then just lift up top cover don't remove LDS from top cover, then remove main board, make sure take pic of wire connections before removing so later you can get help where to connect wires...then remove left n right wheel assembly.then take out carefully main brush motor assembly with its full body....then just replace motor n fix back all parts in same sequence one by one

U2-PRO all accessories are different from Ozmo 950...water tank also is different sir.

I have HKS-888 module , the side and the main aren’t tangled but it still says side brushes are tangled
One of the motor is jammed...brushes looks clean from outside but motor is inside...need to open motors n see one of them Must be jammed or become harder than others

Is the brushes tangled??? Plz try to turn all 3 brush with ur fingers see eaisly can turn or not...make sure power off the deebot before test... because if power on then all brushes Will be hard to turn because attach with power...
If u couldn't find the side brush motor assembly still can use Ur deebot with one side brushe... won't give any error for this reason
My debot doesn't move from its base after saying " starting to clean" with brushes working...
If you're using LDS models which got maping function then it's LDS need to replace...but sometimes if we replace from charger then it starts working...but LDS need to replace

@@waheedaazeez3910 actually warranty period can be different it depends on ur seller... officially in Malaysia we offer only one year warranty but some private companies offer them 2-5 years as well in this case you need to contact with ur seller,....if seller provided one year plus warranty then he can provide you warranty claim... warranty period in different countries can be different depends on seller
