If you're interested for more details of this- Rain is actually the main attribute of Izabella's past life, but its also something that gave her a life time trauma, which is why even after she reincarnated whenever she hears the sound of rain the emotions from her previous life resurfaces. It was only when she met Celis(the previous life of father) who's main attribute is thunder is when the constant sound of rain in her head stops. The reason why the father is afraid of thunder on the otherhand is because whenever the thunder struck it always makes him feel the emotions of the time when he was nothing but a killing machine that struck everyone who stands his way with his deadly thunders. This character has to be the most enjoyable overpowered character because they actually wrote him with a personality and history. He isn't some self insert, isekai, game stat, too many buckles, black trench coat, emo guy. And he has the most ridiculous lines that just make it fun to watch like, "Do you think killing me would be enough to stop me?" He goes straight to 3rd form against lvl 1 mobs in the intro cut scene.
He won the tsundere’s heart the same episode he met her. That’s just immeasurable. CJ reminded me how fire the first season was and now I gotta rewatch it all.

Also spoilers: The hero is also a player since he is in a relationship with the spirit princess, a girl who is the biological daughter of the mother of all spirits and Anos' right hand man. Her alter ego is also Avos Dilhevia, the Demon King of Tyranny, as due to the fact that spirits are the embodiments of rumors and legends, she became Avos due to the hero creating that identity as a alias for his plan. She is the ultimate example of a cute neighborhood girl becoming a hot goth girl.

Arifurata (probably misspelled it) is a good example of this as the character that is classified as the hero is constantly getting ridiculed by the MC and having a far inferior track record of feats. Meanwhile Kanon proves to be quite competent, befitting his status as a hero and actually earns Anos's respect. Heck, Anos got mad at Diego for taking on Kanon's name due to him being nowhere close to the his friend in power and personality. I think the light novels even further highlight Kanon's feats as he has defeated the Four Evil Kings and even Shin (who's more powerful than the Four Evil Kings COMBINED).

What baffled me about this anime is the fact that. Even though Anos "quite literally" killed his opponent multiple and REVIVED him multiple times in the beginning of the series. The rest of the school still thought he wasn't a threat and wanted the smoke with him. I've seen some blatant ignorance in anime, but the students and teacher in this academy was something else.
Here’s the thing, they did believe that he was powerful, and the reincarnation of someone from 2000 years ago, but that kind of magic was fairly common for powerful demons in those days, so that was no guarantee that he was who he said he was. They thought that the demon king was supposed to take possession of the most worthy demon’s body when the 2000 years was up. He’s supposed to be their Jesus figure, he’s not supposed to just be born like a regular person when he returns. The reason they kept picking fights with Anos is because they thought that even with his power, their demon king would be much more powerful, so he’d punish Anos when he returned. Don’t ask me why they thought it would be a good idea to pick fights with Anos before that, I can’t even understand it when people do that kind of shit IRL.

Her alter ego is also Avos Dilhevia, the Demon King of Tyranny, as due to the fact that spirits are the embodiments of rumors and legends, she became Avos due to the hero creating that identity as a alias for his plan.
She is the ultimate example of a cute neighborhood girl becoming a hot goth girl.

Arifurata (probably misspelled it) is a good example of this as the character that is classified as the hero is constantly getting ridiculed by the MC and having a far inferior track record of feats. Meanwhile Kanon proves to be quite competent, befitting his status as a hero and actually earns Anos's respect. Heck, Anos got mad at Diego for taking on Kanon's name due to him being nowhere close to the his friend in power and personality. I think the light novels even further highlight Kanon's feats as he has defeated the Four Evil Kings and even Shin (who's more powerful than the Four Evil Kings COMBINED).

What baffled me about this anime is the fact that. Even though Anos "quite literally" killed his opponent multiple and REVIVED him multiple times in the beginning of the series. The rest of the school still thought he wasn't a threat and wanted the smoke with him. I've seen some blatant ignorance in anime, but the students and teacher in this academy was something else.

Here’s the thing, they did believe that he was powerful, and the reincarnation of someone from 2000 years ago, but that kind of magic was fairly common for powerful demons in those days, so that was no guarantee that he was who he said he was. They thought that the demon king was supposed to take possession of the most worthy demon’s body when the 2000 years was up. He’s supposed to be their Jesus figure, he’s not supposed to just be born like a regular person when he returns. The reason they kept picking fights with Anos is because they thought that even with his power, their demon king would be much more powerful, so he’d punish Anos when he returned. Don’t ask me why they thought it would be a good idea to pick fights with Anos before that, I can’t even understand it when people do that kind of shit IRL.
