(iirc that is an exact quote,) I guess the only way to really know is to ask ppl that are around him in private when he is not performing. If he almost ALWAYS laughs like that, that must be his natural laugh.
If you go to one of his shows, don't sit at the front, don't move, get up or speak and make sure your phone is off. All of these I've seen him shred people for.
He's very good, but to be fair he has more rehearsed insults than retorts. Still funny, and he did have a few specific jabs. I think Anthony Jeselnik has him beat, but perhaps there's more i haven't seen/heard.
