Hey AJ, are you planting anything from seed right now, or are you just harvesting and feeding what is growing so far? I am going to wait to plant and transplant until we get below 95 degrees consistently, hopefully in September, but I threw some beans around to just keep growing stuff. What do you think we should/ what are you planning to plant in the fall?

Hey Justin, I put some new cucumber seeds and squash in the ground and I am trying to nurse them along in this heat. I am waiting for the temperature to drop before I put in any of my fall crops. I am planning to grow beans, peas, broccoli, Brussel sprouts and garlic this fall. I’ll make a video of that process when the time comes.

Hi AJ! I would love to know the variety of peppers that you grow successfully here in SA.

Hi. I have had success with every type of pepper that I have tried to grow here. I usually get my seeds from Johnny’s in late winter and start to grow them out in my garage and then transplant them in spring after the last frost date. Any of these types should be fine. www.johnnyseeds.com/search/?q=Pepper&start=24&sz=12
