      @@fullofhope2222 Thank you very much for subscribing! For pests, I prefer to prevent and control them before they cause serious damage, like aphids or any leaf eating pests. So I check regularly my plants, and if needed I spray neem oil mix (1 oz of 100% neem oil+1 tsp dish soap in 1 gallon of warm water). Make sure to check and also spray both sides of the leaves and not just top. I hope this helps and thanks again!

    Awesome video, but I have one advice as a fellow pepper grower, from my experience it is better to separate peppers earlier in the seedling stage before they entangle their roots with other seedlings, this can make a significant difference in early grow specialy in hot peppers that are harder to grow, I find if I do this my pepper plants are twice as big as yours at 4 weeks

There are 12 flowers blooming right now, 3 fell off :( and I just learned about self pollination. I moved my pepper plant indoor due to weather dropping to 40 F at night. So now, I need to self-pollinate or shake it.
      This is my first plant and I'm having so much fun growing it indoors!!! I live in a tiny apartment with a schoolmate who like to plant as well. This project has brought us so much joy.

      🙂It also helps me and my schoolmate learn NOT to waste foods. We ate all the produces that we purchased this year. That is our goal for 2023. No herbs, fruits, veggies go to the waste bin so far and we aim to keep it that way.

    Very good video. Most viewers want to see the whole process from start to finish but most videos just show one step or another. This is a very valuable video as far as I am concerned.
    One suggestion though, it may help viewers even more if you let us know what USDA zone you are in and when in the year that you did each of these steps. Thanks again for putting this pepper gem together.

Just a quick note that my videos are being watched in many different countries and not just US, so the USDA don't apply to them. • @TowardGarden
      @TowardGarden  2 года назад +15

      So glad that you love my videos. Actually I have started some lavender but since it is a perennial, the video won't be ready soon. The key to germinate lavender seeds is the light. Cover seeds very very lightly and provide a strong light source. Seeds are very slow to germinate and might take up to 4 weeks, so be patient. Also, try not to overwater them, you just need to keep seed soil moist, but not soggy. I hope this helps and thank you very much for your comment!
