@@PEREZ29MMA I was thinking of going back to PS with the PS5 since you can technicslly play select xbox games on ur pc(which I already have) but you can still also play ps exclusives on the ps.
Seamless synchronization between my Xbox and PC is one of the biggest reasons I go Xbox 😉 I'm also super digging that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 😁

When clicking “console” on my companion app, my xbox doesn’t show up, nor does it show up when manually typing in my IP address. Yes both devices are on the same network. Has anyone found a work around for this?

When I do the streaming from Xbox to PC, there is just too much input lag and the picture quality is rough. I wish they would make all games Xbox play anywhere!

There will always be input lag with that
But if you have a capture card u can hook that up to ur pc and Xbox and use obs to see ur consoles picture so there is no input lag that way

Something to note, it seems like this feature is removed for Xbox Series X/S owners. This application only works on Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X consoles.
Idk, it worked fine for me on xbox series x. Maybe you have disabled something in the settings

Great quick tutorial, quick question. Are you able to use your mouse and keyboard on the PC to play xbox one games like Halo, age of empires for example? Without having to use the xbox controller.

This is only a feature that is available on the older generation of the Xbox consoles. The Series X|S do not allow for streaming to PC (Remote Play). There is also no indication as to when it will become available for Series X|S owners. Otherwise the tutorial is perfect and will connect a console to a PC exactly as shown in the video. Hopefully Microsoft adds it back to the upgraded consoles...
This was true at the time this was written but thankfully no more. You can now remote play a series X / S on pc using the Xbox app.

@@steviefowler9161 ethernet or wifi connection works, though they'll tell you to use an Ethernet for better stability connection. im not close enough to the router where i live though to reach it, so i use the wifi with mine.
it works well enough, Ethernet is always more stable because there's less interference, but that's all dependent on your internet provider and what connections you have. in my case, my Wifi that i have installed is actually about the same as than my Lan port, because i don't have the latest or fastest Lan port. the most up to date is that 2.5 whatever, i don't have that, mine is a little older, but I've used the App to stream the Xbox, though i do wish there was a way you could play your Xbox games on your PC without the Console turned on. i only use the Xbox App when i wanna record gameplay through OBS.

This is a good video and all but is it possible to play a game that is from a disc and transfer that to the pc or does it have to be bought on the xbox it self. Just wandering and good video props to you.
Would using the second option improve performance with your game at all? Since it’s running off of an Xbox idk if paying it with a pc would allow for better quality

STEEL BATALION line of contact.. it is an original x box game that was played with its very own GIANT CONTROLLER... is it possible to completely convert this game in VR.. so you can bypass the giant controller and play it entirely in VR.

I don't know much about these things, but in case anyone was still wondering about this: I just tried streaming without having my Xbox connected to the tv, and it worked just fine for the few minutes I was playing.

No its like screen sharing your phone to the television. it would lower your fps, it has to send data packets to your PC it otherwise would not need too. compressing data then using the network to send to the PC that has to compression it.

For me i didnt stream , I just install halo infinite on both xbox and pc and my save progress on xbox one it transfers to my pc to resume gaming because it automatically upload to cloud.
