- So you're going on a road trip, and you can't bring your Xbox One, but you still want to play your Xbox One games... well this video is going to show you how you can do that! You can stream/remote play your games from anywhere in the world. You just need an xbox, controller, phone, and an internet connection. Microsoft used to have a more difficult and gated way of doing this, but it's super easy now, and available to everyone.

Xbox one x and GAEMS case.. built in having monitor all within a hard case. Some models with speaker. Room for power supply and 2 controllers. Just need 2 plug ins. If you have generator or big battery pack with outlets you can game anywhere

I appreciate you clarifying several steps. I have an old xbox1 controller that doesn't have Bluetooth. I didn't know that was the reason my phone couldn't see it. Much appreciated. I need a new controller but at least I know the problem thanks to you.
I think you can also use another controller too like steel series nimbus which are cheaper and has button layout based on Xbox controller. Check here on youtube but i think I saw that and the steel series controllers are less costly
Actually you can use that old controller through usb wire conected to ur phone through a usb receiver in the charging port it works at least with mobile games see if it works on remote play

I did everything right but my phone won’t go any farther than “press enable on your Xbox” it’s already enabled
Mine does the same thing, idk, it’s frustrating
You have to restart the Xbox app, that’s what fixed it for me.
Go to my library and then click on consoles and click the one says console on then it should work

Great video! My setup is on a iOS iPhone 11... Now everything works great but I notice the video quality is not the best when playing some of the games and need to find a setting for the bitrate to change. I don't have the "beta" version of the app but I heard that it's better on the Android than on the iOS.

This video is spot on an worked for me. I work 3 hours away from home. An my job I can go on my phone play the xbox at work on my phone. The on screen controls are wack. So defo recommend using the xbox controller via Bluetooth. Spot on video jockey.

Edit: This is free the app got updated and added the feature, I’ve been using it on my iPhone and iPad and it’s amazing so far! Might buy the Razer Kishi game controller to play whenever I’m out 😄
It's supposed to be on ios. I'm not sure why it's not. Microsoft's official website says it's supposed to be
@@jrob0021 the app is in its beta program on iOS via the TestFlight application, I think the original Xbox app will get an update turning it into that app after the beta, I just tried it on Android and it’s cool asf, I can’t WAIT for the final release and the series x 😄

When "testing remote play", I was directed to update my controller's firmware. Just be aware it will ask you to not move the controller, so just set it down before starting the update.

I haven't been able to get this on my Windows laptop. They have a companion app that'll remote access your console, but ONLY IF you are on the same network.

What's awesome is you can get the game pass app and stream games on it. Don't even need a console! It's awesome :)

@@damee237 just get the game pass app on a smart device like a phone or tablet, it'll be coming to iOS if it hasn't already from what I heard. You can connect an Xbox controller through Bluetooth if wanted or needed. I found playing games on WiFi with a good connection is most ideal.
Edit; just remembered you can do this on pc too, and can download games too. This is how I have among us on pc and I think could download games like the master chief collection if I wanted

I had this same problem. I have an external hard drive, and it has different options on the mobile app for console. Try clicking other “consoles” I clicked my hard drive and it auto worked

you have to have your profile on his Xbox. then choose that xbox when in the Xbox app when logged into your profile.

If you guy's are seeing enable Pop-up when doing this you have to do it through the app open the icon next to your gamerpic icon press on consoles and in select the one that has all your downloadable games on it and it should automatically connect then you should be good

Xbox app has always been on IOS
Its only available for apple testflight users but remote play will be coming "soon" for all iphone users
