When you live in a country with a higher standard of living, the cost of an item can be artificially inflated because the consumer has the disposable income to spend on that higher price. In countries where the standard of living is not quite as high, the consumer has less disposable income, so the price is lower. For analogy, you can buy a bottle of window cleaner in the dollar store for $1.25, yet a very similar product is $2.75 in the supermarket. The TikTok resellers know this and take advantage of the situation, but set their price at something in between. They get their profit, you get the Switch cheaper.
Honestly I would feel really good about taking advantage of that practice and buying a switch like this, since everyone is winning in that kind of situation.

The reasons why they are cheap is because of a combination of various things. 1. The place of manufacturing is close to the place sold, leading to a lower shipping cost. 2. In bulk buying. You often get a small discount per console for in bulk buying. Also you save on transportation compared to shipping each consoles individual. 3. Prices are often adjust according to buying power of that country. Which means they sell it at a lower price in countries where the wages are lower and up the prices in countries where people earn more. For example a game would be sold for 60$ in the US. But in my country the same game cost only 40$ because the average salary hear is 600$-800$ USD a month. Selling the game at 60$ would make them less money because it has more impact on the money. We would also get the same amount of Discount in % on top of the cheaper prices, making it more cheaper during those discounts.
