I need one tutorial on how to play with my friend on phone/ipad using cloud gaming, I can only play alone but can't do it on Xbox cloud, I tried GeForce Now and it works well there
The biggest thing that bugs me is that it does not utilize the full resolution of my phone's display. It's like people who buy flagships just to game on and then they can't even use the whole screen. I understand the aspect ratio is different but if xbox just allowed us to zoom in (Fit to Display size) to fill the screen, I wouldn't mind it. It actually would be a quality-of-life update.

I like remote play as a way to live stream to youtube without the need of a capture card. Maybe one day Google will allow Xbox consoles to live stream and upload gameplay from the console
They did once, which was Stadia. But the offerings and features just weren’t all there or all that great. Never used it myself because I’d been debatable of it for a long time. When I was about ready, they’d announced they were shutting down in the coming months.

Yes you can use disc, but only Xbox One/Series games. Xbox (2001 console) and Xbox 360 games cannot be played because microsoft won't let you.

Remote Play on the Xbox App uses your Xbox One/Series Console.
Gamepass is a separate Cloud Gaming app and does require membership.
You don't need Gold or Gamepass to Remote play from your console while in your home.
You CAN'T play any Xbox 360 or Xbox (original 2001 console) games with Remote Play. You can only play Xbox One/Series games.

So by doing this will it reduce the lag if I were to follow these steps on my android phone cause me and my family have really good internet connection and speed and also will this help me to play games away from my house while also having reduced or no lag at all whatsoever?
No, there WILL BE LAG. Whether or not you normally play on a 1ms response monitor, or an older 4K TV with 600ms response will determine how much you feel that lag. Don't expect anything less than 200ms response on 5G Cellular, honestly you'll be lucky to have it be under 500ms latency, because it takes time for the controller to send that input to your phone, your phone to send that input to a cell tower, the cell tower to send that to your Cell network, your Cell network to send that to your ISP, your ISP to send that to your internet modem, your modem to send that to your wifi router, your wifi router to send that to your console, your console to translate that controller input to a rendered frame, and then send that to the wifi router -> Fiber modem -> internet service provider -> Cell network -> Cell tower -> Phone screen. Every single step adding latency along the way.
Unlike at home where it is Controller -> console -> Render -> Monitor. for approximately 25ms total response time

Its not like a gameboy. Basically instead of playing on your tv your playing on your phone. Still at home in the same room except your neck pain is in a slightly different area.

To play on the Cloud you don't have to have any device, beside your phone. Games will be available to stream directly from Xbox Game Pass app.

Both the Phone and Console have to be connected to 5ghz wifi, and you have to allow the Xbox app to use a Local Network on your phone, just like with cheap camera drone apps.

What I wanted with Xbox Game Pass cloud gaming was the ability to play your games without having to own an Xbox at home. I'm paying a certain amount of money every month, which will add up to the cost of an Xbox eventually, so I find that cloud gaming on your phone is a waste of time.

It has to be a bluetooth compatible Xbox One/Series controller. In other words, the Xbox One X Original Elite Controller will not connect to your phone because it does not support bluetooth. At least the one that shipped with the Tacobell White Xbox One X. In other words don't expect controllers older than 2019 to work with phone.
