Made fresh every day, Eerkin’s Home Made Laghman is on-point with its chewiness, smoothness, and flavors. Hand-pulled noodles are made from scratch; meats are freshly cut and marinated every day. Kitchen staff start prepping their traditional Uyghur dishes from 7am in the morning, ensuring the quality of their food stay fresh and feel homecooked. Chef Musa, co-owner of the restaurant, is the master behind all the yumminess. While it seems like cooking at home every day, Musa and his partner strive to serve family-style and authentic Uyghur cuisine experience to his customers!

The eggplant salad might be the best thing on the menu! The lamb skewers are outstanding and so is the laghman. Ditto for the soup and tea I was lucky to have friends move to a condo in walking distance and have been there several times. I'm always in awe of the musician painting. I told the one waiter they should open a restaurant in New Jersey! I wish they would. One of my favorite restaurants on the planet..

This uyghur cuisine looks tasty😋Like others new to uyghur cuisine said, it's kind of like a Chinese/ middle eastern mix, which makes yummy food! Also when I did my research on the Uyghurs in DC, there are apparently over 1,000 in the area, and nearly 5 uyghur restaurants in the area right now, so it seems like uyghurs may have good representation in DC soon ( I hope so)

About palau or plov I think the best ones in Uzbekistan.Home of this food.There are different types of it.My favorite samarkand palau.I know about all this food so much than I can easily write a books about it.
