I’ve been catching you in other peoples videos shouting “Miguel!!” Haha. Love what you guys said about not being stuffy and practising gratitude. That’s why I enjoy watching you guys. You continue to find ways to be very serious about your training etc. while at the same time not taking it all too seriously. Looking forward to more videos.

A $10k+ bike should come with some kind of clip-on bottle holder with a button release.
Why didn't you have your bottles on the bike?
Dude, I lost both my nutritional bottles from behind me by mile 10… I guess now we learned why Sam and Leo were running through transition with bottles in the chest of their suits. That will be me next year.
The whole road for the first 20 miles was completely littered with peoples bottles, bike tubes, tools, even front mounted nutrition bottles.
Road conditions that bad?

Pro field feels like a completely different event than the age group field! Mass start, more tactics on the bike, etc etc. Much more of a competition against others than a time trial
He looks a bit like Jan Frodenos lil bro that loves to smoke weed and BTW u would be none without Jenna😛

No Nutrition?? Did you forget to fill them or did they dump out?? Man that sucks, definitely a "what could have been" moment. If you had those calories. Great effort though without them.
Both my rear bottles got launched when I went off a curb at the beginning of the ride! Should have had extra nutrition onboard, but you live and you learn 🤷♂️
