- This one is for our dear friend and teammate, Marshall Martin. You had a positive impact on more people than you'll ever know. We miss you so much.
Jenna's back in action at 70.3 Chattanooga! To summarize in brief: it wasn't her day. Some unexpected things happened from the start, but the tenacity and grit showed through to the bitter end.
Thank you to Ironman for the perfect bridge shot of us running together. And our friend, Bronson for the pre-race swim + run shots.

Having done this sport for over forty years if you race enough especially chasing peak performance this stuff happens once in a while. You made the most of the situation.
This gave me chills. Way to get after it, Jenna. What a beast. Glad she could keep pushing
I like how you put out videos with total honesty and show what really happens with the highs and lows
Jenna got that NY Grit. Congrats! Keep motivating all of us.
Congrats Jenna! You did fantastic. Never quit.
Goosebumps.
You are an inspiration to us mortals.
Thank you for keeping it real and showing us both the highs and lows of triathlon. Such an inspiration!
What an inspiration you are Jenna!! Such a moving video and the shot of you and Miguel holding hands after the race epitomizes your relationship! Everyone is so proud of you for pushing through when I'm sure all you wanted to do was stop! Congratulations on your qualification to Finland!!!!
Sometimes just finishing is the victory. I applaud your spirit.
Gets an asthma attack and still qualifies for worlds… hahaha !!! Great Job Jenna👏 you’ll do amazing!
Currently packing for my first Olympic distance tri while watching it. Just what I needed 💪
What an inspiration you guys are, Jenna showed true heart and grit to push forward through adversity and Miguel always right behind her with encouragement and love. Lush to watch 😊
Oh I knew from the sound of your breathing in your first clip. I had an asthma attack in the middle of the swim in a race in 2021, and it was nearly impossible for me to keep moving AND try to get my breath control back. You are amazing for continuing to move forward. And to earn a worlds slot at the same time? Legendary! Hoping your inhaler adventures find you relief!
Congrats Jenna. Been following you both for many years. I dealt with anxiety and panic attacks for the past few years and my first 70.3 bike was exactly like that and the run as well. No asma, nothing like that. Just anxiety kicking in on a different form. It all went away with tons of meditation and self care.
Congrats on pushing through and always cheering for you both!
Princess Jenna...The Community is totally of the same opinion !!! with such a fantastic future behind you hard things are your main business !!! just keep on the good work Princess Jenna.
Such an inspiration. Even made me a little teary. Amazing 🤩 congrats on qualifying for worlds.
This is very motivating. Great job, Jenna.
Great video guys! Really shows what this sport is all about. And of course, great race Jenna!
Well done Jenna! Absolute inspiration! ❤
Great job! I had a sprint race a few years ago in water that was extremely cold in June. Had asthma wheezing through the whole bike and run.
Admire your grit and determination!
Amazing video. Amazing race. Well done Jenna!
Another great video! There will always be days like this, luckily they are less frequent than the good ones.
Absolutely Amazing.
Insane performance! Proud of you for pushing through 🙌
thank you
it give me motivation and inspiration
Great video! awesome job Jenna!
beautifull shot and well telled storie. Thank for sharing this amazing experience!
Oh gosh 😤. That happened to me at IM Memphis and I had some pretty scary moments. Incredible job persevering Jenna!
Good job Jenna. Proud of you 😊 👍🏻
Great race and an awesome video. It felt like the Ironman Championship!
I had my first asthma attack after finishing Boulder 70.3 last year. Never had any issues prior. Makes me want to carry a rescue inhaler in the future! Way to push through!
Way to persevere, Jenna!
Amazing grit!!
🎉🎉🎉🎉 Yes Yes you are are going to the world championships. So great both of you are going to worlds❤❤❤. So inspirational
👋 like the idea of rubber bands on the bike cages. Three years ago I switched to Fidlock water bottles and I think you should too. Never lose a bottle again! And they look better too.
Keep doing the hard stuff, you are awesome!
Amazing job
I’m crying lol. Great job!
You're just f*cking amazing, almost cried the whole video 😱
Congratulation champ !
And.. she was able to finish under 5 hrs... amazing! congrats Jenna!
Scary moments but still qualified for Finland !!
I don't know how you guys do this. Massive props. It is so f$5king humid in TN.
it suuure is
I've been there done that. I aspirated on a gel during the swim that I took before the race and that was the longest day of my life. Wtg Jenna. Way to fight and still kill it. I broke My collarbone the day before this race riding at the Dam so I didn't get to race.
Saw you out there coming in as I was going out!
Great video as always.
Hats off to Jenna
Can you please explain the rubber bands over the water bottles please?
Is it dusty in here? Love how deep you dug, Jenna. Very inspiring.
WOW! You are AMAZING, Jeeeennnnnnnnnnnaaaaaaa!
Way to go Jenna!
Jenna TOP!!!💪💪
Jennaaaaaa you are a badass
Jenna you are one tough cookie
You are the best! You dug deep and didn’t gave up. I’m proud of you.
Dug
@@j33dup Thanks!
All the best to Jenna, not her day but I have no doubt she'll be back stronger!. But a 4hr52min gets you a slot to the World Champs - WTF!!
Sometime it is because of heart rate monitor
Wow, thought that was gonna be a dnf...
Congrats Jenna
looks like anxiety attack to me
Air tag in the bra 😂
You look way too much like cody miller.
Obvious asthma. Needs a diagnosis and medicine
She is way too emotional. This is when you think that you have it under the belt. Stay simple and humble girl!
They could have edited that out. But instead they chose to be vulnerable. Perhaps kindness is a way to stay humble.
Being on the verge of an asthma attack is not being emotional, it's a really scary thing to live through. More power to her for overcoming the fear of that happening again during the race and still finishing.
Awesome vid!!
Oh please. And not even at altitude!
