- ’Tis the season for some winter triathlon base building-and we had a weekend full of it. We’ve been taking to the trails more, been getting motivation from our NBA Masters swim crew, and getting vert (on both trails and road) any chance we get. And yes, when we say “winter”…we know we’re spoiled. Winter in CA is mild, and more often than not, it’s chilly but still nice for outdoor rides and trail runs that we never take for granted. Mostly, we’re enjoying every second of this life that we get to live, and making the most of the beautiful place we call home.

Great video! I love trail running in the Marin Headlands! Rodeo beach is nice, as is Stinson beach. I think the Tennessee Valley parking area has the most diverse selection of trails and has very easy access from the highway. Although, TV is not right on the beach, so you have to earn your ocean views LOL!
