You can weigh the raw garri and have a different weight and then have a different weight after making it into swallow. Weigh the food and then multiply either by 4 or 9 depending on the class of food.

So for guys...use this to know 66+(6.2×weight in pounds)+(12.7*height in inches)-(6.7*age) For females use... 655+(4.35*weight in pounds)+(4.7* heights in inches)-(4.7*age) This will help you to calculate better and know how many calories to consume Love you guys 😊

Actually you are wrong cause 70percent of your weight loss journey is bent on your nutrition, you can't eat less or much and exercise a whole lot to loose weight, not possible. Rather, one has to be on a calorie deficit to loose weight and that is why it is important to know the calorie in your food. It was after I realized this I was able to go from 132kg to 103kg today. In my opinion drink lots of water, eat based on a calorie deficit, reduce how frequent you eat carbs (not cutting them out)and be active and not just going to the gym alone. My advice download lose it app and thank me later.

Salt and Maggie aren't bad, it withholds water weight which isn't fat. Anyday you find you took in excess salt simply drink excess water ass well (4litres) and you're safe
