Ayo's Crafts try making your own juice at home and mix it with soda water to get the bubbles and fizz. I like to blend and sieve very ripe fruits so that I don't have to add any sugar or sweetener to the drink.
Like you said lifestyle change...you can cut out bread...bread on this side of the pond contains lots of sugar...it's the sugar that is the reason for wanting to cut out bread. The Ugwu and all that...delicious

Great video. Keep in mind, you have to be in calorie deficit to lose weight; i.e. consuming less calories than you consume. Doing some cardio as well as resistance training can help with that. Also try to consume relatively more proteins.
I’m 2 years late into watching this video so I’m hoping u reply me. So I’m on a weight loss journey and dieting and eating I’m small portions. Trying to now make first eating boring lol. So I saw that u used wraps for ur dinner. I for one made a conscious effort to stop shawarma but seeing this here makes me feel like I can be doing my own home made shawarma. But it’s the wrap u used I want to know about, is it fattening or it’s okay to use shawarma wrap, or is there a particular wrap to use for people on diet or on a weight loss journey?
