    After having my daughter I did the same thing. I didn't stop eating x, y or z completely but simply reduced, ate within moderation and drank LOTS of water. My belly went flat and I weighed even less than pre-pregnancy.

    Sincerely I cannot do restrictive dieting, I would rather reduce portion size than cut it out completely. You have said it rightly! Lovely video btw

    I am with you, I reduced my portions and eat what I have been eating and I lost 10 pounds in a month. From 196 to 186 pounds. I will be weighing in end of the month hoping to lose more.

      Amonia Tolofari I think doing it that was is more sustainable that going on a quick fix diet every 6 months . I'll like to see more of your progress

    Love the sauce. Plantain is one of my favourite meals.
    2-3 square meals make me add weight. I do one main meal a day and try not to deny myself of things l like to eat. My main meal, a bit of fruits and fiber with HWC, fruits, 85-75 % dark chocolates, a spoon or 2 of full cream yoghurt , 1 cream cracker covered in cheese, 2.5 litres of water , green tea inclusive, a bit of lemon juice and ACV and then l close my window for the next 17-20 hours.
    Moderation is key 👍👍👍
    Well done!
    This is what l do daily. My current weight is 65kg. Working on losing 5kg.

    my major problem is soft drinks, but surprising since I started my diet plan last month, I have drastically reduced my drink intake. I love wraps and I believe that this would make a great lunch for me. thanks for sharing.

      Ayo's Crafts try making your own juice at home and mix it with soda water to get the bubbles and fizz. I like to blend and sieve very ripe fruits so that I don't have to add any sugar or sweetener to the drink.

    Like you said lifestyle change...you can cut out bread...bread on this side of the pond contains lots of sugar...it's the sugar that is the reason for wanting to cut out bread. The Ugwu and all that...delicious

    Yesssso, this is more acceptable, in this life I can't kill myself o 😂
    I just followed one slimming program teaching us to loose 10 kg in 10 days, the recipes & instructions was not going too well with me so I just borrowed myself more brain & started doing this sisiyemmie's style & it's working for me, my tummy is blasting off o, I've learnt new food I can imbibe here, just now

    The way u inspire me ehen! Especially with the meals. But Sis oooo u almost gave a loyal sub of urs a legit heart attack with d amount of salt and spice u put in ur egg.( the amount of sodium I tink is kinda much ) my opinion though! U might want to watch that, not for weight loss but for health reasons .
    You are super awesome and I hope to finally get to meet you when I visit Naija.

    Sisi Sisi you are young so that diet is okay for you! But we menopause young ladies am afraid it's a No bread diet and reduced rice once a week calorific intake reduced drastically down as metabolism slows down for real

    Great video. Keep in mind, you have to be in calorie deficit to lose weight; i.e. consuming less calories than you consume. Doing some cardio as well as resistance training can help with that. Also try to consume relatively more proteins.

    I’m 2 years late into watching this video so I’m hoping u reply me. So I’m on a weight loss journey and dieting and eating I’m small portions. Trying to now make first eating boring lol. So I saw that u used wraps for ur dinner. I for one made a conscious effort to stop shawarma but seeing this here makes me feel like I can be doing my own home made shawarma. But it’s the wrap u used I want to know about, is it fattening or it’s okay to use shawarma wrap, or is there a particular wrap to use for people on diet or on a weight loss journey? I love your videos so much, learnt how to make different kinds of meals over the years from watching ur videos.
