You must have never stayed overnight in Ironshore. You don't hear the planes. Being less than 10 minutes from an international airport in a tourist country or if you are a returning resident with family, friends, and business to handle abroad is a FLAWLESS victory in real estate investment, nothing less.

Nice, but I would not want to buy a $650k Villa that is only 10' away from an apartment building; especially with no private parking . This villa should be on at least 1/4 acre by itself.

It's a beautiful property but it's ridiculously high!!! The housing market is going to crash here in the USA pretty soon and prices will drop. I suspect they will trend down there in Jamaica too. These property investors are not in reality.

Its a nice property for sure, but no garage, no pool, no tub, no cabinets, no solar and a tiny kitchen, obstructed views and just 3 beds. Its ridiculous even to airbnb you cant make a profit just the light bill alone. I saw it was selling for 550000 before which was semi reasonable given the it in ironshore, but why would they raise it 100k? I guess ppl will take what them can get.
My thoughts exactly also the bathroom fixtures looks really cheap too I'll expect to at least see some Kohler fixtures if I'm paying that amount.

This is a great villa . Nice investment.
Gorgeous, just gorgeous! All the lovely, windows and balconies, outdoor spaces, spacious bedrooms are everything in this house. Everywhere you look is a baIcony with gorgeous views. think it's worth the price. Very large utility/washing room with nice sink instead of that cheap plastic washtub a lot of builders put in laundry rooms. Love the side yard that can be used as a drying yard with it's privacy. Also, I like the extra storage spaces. Builders often don't give any extra storage that people always need. I'd buy it tomorrow if I had the money!
The price is extremely exaggerated. That kinda money gives me three awesome houses where I live in the USA. One could build two or three of those homes in Jamaica for that price.

It a very nice property, one faults I find with the houses in Jamaica, there is not enough lighting, I am a sucker for wall sconces lighting, they bring ambience to a room, especially in a large area

The primary suite is nice, 2 balconies is indeed a luxury. I'd probably prefer 1 and more usable/livable space though.
The airport proximity is not a good feature for me, trends to be quite noisy.

Property Viewers l like what l see. Those apartments are very beautiful, and can withstand any category 4 or 5 hurricanes. Keidra you ,and Neville are doing a great job. There are two very large Airport in New York City, and some very pricey Neighborhoods., planes don’t pass on a regular basis, as l am writing to you now. lt doesn’t bother a lot people who lives there. With the Montego Bay a few minutes away shouldn’t be a bother. Nice area a lot of Mountain View in the backdrop, within a few months every unit will be gone. Keep Up The Good Job. Blessings.

People are always complaining about one thing or another pertaining properties shown by this lady. But if you may notice all these properties have pretty much been sold. Some of the sub divisions she has shown in rhe past have all been sold out. Jamaicans outside of jamaica have money and they are returning home.

I'd argue that it's the land prices are the main culprit for why these homes are priced similar to 1st world nations currently. Labour is still dirt cheap and a lot of the material isn't all that expensive either.

Claiming raw material is sky high, shipping is expensive. Which to a degree they are, however they are putting a 25% mark up on top of that, @ least 25%.

I thought I like this prop but after looking at it the floor plan kinda sucks but some poor sucker will buy it and say it is functional. not much livable space and all these balconies and I can't see any ocean thus far. the master bath is a joke, not even a tub. Let's not start on the kitchenette because rightfully that's not a full kitchen for the price they're asking. Even if I bought this for Airbnb purposes it's simply not worth it. Anyhow, thanks for showing us this prop esthetics are great but people need living space a must frighten them frighten for the neighborhood mek this is even an option. Oh, that reminds me of the eyesore across the street that overgrown property.

Air plane noise? Nope! All that glass! Nope! It would cost a fortune for curtains unless you like neighbors looking in your windows. And no way those few a/c units would ever be able to cool it. Tiny little showers. Definitely not room enough for two. Only a few kitchen cabinets. And it looks really dumb to have black cabinets on top and white ones for the lower ones. No microwave. No private parking or garage. I could go on and on with the nopes. I love the modern design but 3 flights of stairs would get old real quick.

The Developpers are cheep...People are still waiting on flow to bring in internet and can't get it because the owner is not spending the money to bring in the cable wires from the road which flow said is the owner's responsibilities and flow can't make any move until that is done so who ever is planning to move in will be waiting on internet services for a very long time
The finishes are very nasty..most of the inside doors are broken..the door hand l es are installed backward..the doors don't lock properly ...you can just push them open even when they are lacked..I wish I could post pics because I have lots of them and also videos

I like watching Property Viewers but the BACKGROUND MUSIC is just to loud and annoying to the ears at times. I can hardly hear what the agent is saying. Sometimes I watch it without sound or don't bother to watch much anymore.
