As a company that is relatively new and growing they have missed the mark on customer satisfaction, conflict resolution and delivering value for money. If 99 out of 100 customers are dissatisfied with the product delivered to them it is clear where the problem is. I see multiple class action lawsuit in their future.

BUYER BE AWARE!!! They are the same developers that built Pyramid Point, and we the owners are left with poor construction, really bad mold problems, walls in the houses falling apart, and electrical and plumbing problems. If i knew, then what I know now, I would run.
The price is fair when you consider all the amenities including beach. You would pay much more in the States. Just because it’s JA , that does not mean it has to be underpriced. These developers usually have the diaspora in mind. Trust me, selling in the states , makes these affordable.
