Nice colour scheme! This is what I'm talking about, this building look Rich, Inviting, Classy, New, and beautiful. Colour choice is so important, we only have two colours; but it look great! Less is more! Can you imagine this building in Blue, Green Gray, or Brown???

I notice there are cabinets on one side only...I don't know if it's a tropical thing but a kitchen should have wall to wall cabinets...overall the home is beautiful...
This unit is for someone who doesn’t live in Jamaica like myself. I’m looking in the st Mary area which has a airport and close to the ocho rios area.. it doesn’t look kids Friendly 🤔🤔 I’m definitely coming home in a few….
Great presentation, the advertisement of real the estate market in JA definitely needs this exposure. A few recommendations whoever is speaking needs to be on camera because it makes the info and flow choppy. Don't interrupt the main host.
They’re a husband and wife team, and I agree. It would have been better if they took turns holding the camera or just prop it up in a corner and they both speak on camera. Nevertheless, I enjoy their enthusiasm about showing off these properties.

Like the fact that it has lots of exit cause at the end of the day a jamaica it deh...hope those glass windows are bullet proof though... lots of stairs though...love the size... can't stand the matches box they building in these gated communities these days...the only thing I need to have a few mango, June plum, breadfruit, apple, orange, coconut trees in my back yard...dem can't hold in that space. Overall a it's a beautiful place though...
This house is nice but definitely not worth $650k us, don’t even have land space plus next to a apartment complex no privacy at all for that price you can get way better 🤟🏽..
Please go somewhere where the average jamaican can afford be very careful of there foreign investors you are advertising for .they don't mean jamaica any good just out to take
