It's obvious the developer actually thought this one through. Really great property in terms of layout, space and finishings. There is potential for additions to be made and I love that each person has their own large backyard and multiple parking spaces. We need affordable townhouses similar to this in Kingston as opposed to the cramped apartments going up by the dozen.

11 years ago I was going to buy a plot of land in that same spot infact my friend lives there saw his house in the video should of listened to him but ended up buying in runaway Bay back.. then land was 140,000 usd a plot beautiful from there u see the whole of Ocho Rios town and the harbour beautiful

Property Viewers, what a lovely breezy place. The view overlooking Ocho Rios is to die for. Keidra they need some developers to invest in Pot Royal and made some earthquake proof houses. Doncaster, and Bournemont Garden in East Kingston needs some high rise Apartments overlooking the lovely Kingston Harbour. Harbour View needs some two Storey Apartments. Those areas have good view over looking the Harbour too. Kingston really needs redevelopment with high rises down by the Harbour. Nothing try, Nothing down. You are really doing a good job showcasing our lovely lsland. Keep Up The Good Work.
This is a very beautiful property but call me old fashion I love my kitchen to be at the back of the house not the front. But apart from that me love it. Can plant two fruit trees 🌳. That’s an odd space (third bedroom potential). If one does not convert, what does one do with that covered space? I was thinking a carport or garage but there is no access from the street. Seems to me the developer should have just made the unit a 3 bedroom. 🤷🏽♀️

Love this townhouse! My one concern was from one of the drone shots....looks like the homes were built near the edge of a hill from which they were/are excavating maul... is there a retaining wall? ... areas like that easily erode with heavy or continuous rainfall
No.im the site manager . The stand alone homes are on the cliff edge but its not marl. The townhouses are behind on flat solid rock

I would like to believe that a developer should have the knowledge, just as he has the expertise for designing and having the unit constructed, he would also have the knowledge for building a retaining wall, to ensure stability, safety, longevity where its paramount.

I'm a little late in the new property viewings in Jamaica, but I have to say the properties are lovely! The entire townhouse is huge and spacious, even the backyard section is a pretty decent size! I have an issue however with the wooden railings on the stairs and the top landing....the spaces between those metal bars are too wide, and dangerous for families with children. Kids can climb the bars and that drop is considerably steep! I feel that the steel and glass that they installed by the stairs at the front of the house should have instead be installed along the stairs and the landing. Other than that, the property is beautiful, but that railing is dangerous!

Love this property. The best laundry room I've ever seen 😍
Seems overpriced for a 2 bedroom unit. Also the use of space was poorly thought of. The unit should have a garage instead of a carport. Was expecting a tub with the stand up shower. The closets are too small for such a huge bedroom space.

Nice property and good price considering the location. For those who say it overpriced, you must consider the location when evaluating a property. Similar property in a less desirable location will attract a lower price.
It is overpriced. You are talking about US Dollars. The space is very nice but… too expensive. I live in an extremely wealthy community and this is my comparison. With the exchange there is no way this is worth it

Go check with NHT for Jamaican house prices. A lot of developers are building houses for returnees and foreigners. Jamaica is changing. I saw it for myself last year.

There are lots of other more affordable homes for lower incomes. There is something for everybody. Like anywhere else, you buy what you can afford.

Another great video! Nice to see you took the advice to lower the vibrancy. The sharpening is still there though, and it's especially visible at 5:55 looking inside the cupboard. It's like a grainy pulsating effect. I'd suggest experimenting with it to avoid this kind of over-sharpening.
P.S. I laughed every time you say "wooden feature", like I don't recognize a fence 😂

You have always shown some very lovely and gorgeous houses, but this one definitely doesn't worth $325.000. I tend to watch your video because I know one day you'll be the one I'll be coming to very soon when I'm coming back to Jamaica to live anytime from now. But this house doesn't Worth 325 at all🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️....plus just for 2 bedrooms? Nah!!

I love Jamaica 🇯🇲 but, I’m not spending $325,000 USD on a regular townhouse. I feel sad for the locals there that’s trying to buy a decent home. I’m wondering if there’s even growth in the economy for the local folks to sustain with those prices.
There is a building boom in JA,most Jcans build there own homes. Most of us do not like townhomes. Many buy land or are given land by parents. It is more affordable to build,but too many people build huge houses.
These townhouses are not for the average local Jamaican. You have to have strong U$ in order to qualify.
