There is absolutely no way inpay that much for that house in Jamaica. There are so many places. In the USa you could spend $510,000 and get a much better house . And you don’t have to put bars on your windows.

Buyers and investors. RUN 🏃♀️ as fast as you can from these developers. The homes are absolutely beautiful. No doubt but you will have endless problems with the construction and finishings. You will regret paying this amount for this poor quality construction.
i can concur with this as an investor of pyramid point which was done by the same developer. poor quality of the material. its just endless mold and nonestop issues. constant blockage of waste lines its just a nightmare and theres no end in sight. the problems pop up daily. the paint on the walls keep stripping water settling on the roof eventually seeping through. visible mold in the roof. its just ridiculous.

looks absolutely beautiful but buyers please beware of the millions of issues that pop up after. as a owner of a unit in pyramid point which was done by the same developer man i can tell you. its costing so much money to correct issues is not funny. subpar material and finishes is not funny. the first red flag was after sending my deposit i was informed of a price increase and if i chose to take back my money then id lose 10%. i should have heeded but i didnt. thats where the nightmare began. the endless mold causing the paint to strip from the wall the shabby finishes using old wires for the electrical the kitchen cupboards falling apart bathroom fixtures not affix properly doorjams falling off the constant clogging of drains its just too much to list. all i'm saying is be very csreful before investing. make sure you have money set aside for tons of remedial work

That price point seems high for what you get......the rooms are small, it's a single car garage among other things. Pretty nice however but not for that price point.

The minimum wage is roughly 80 dollars a week. The cost of real estate in contrast to the wages of salary here is severely unbalanced. If it's not fixed will cause horrible repercussions in the market,everything is high end. #affordablehousingadvocate I work 40 plus hours per week and can't find a apartment in my budget. so sad I'm close to homelessness and I work so hard. Affordable lots needed.

The home is lovely but i noticed a couple flaws. I'm pretty sure the sliding door is the wrong type of door for the garage, the door in the living room. Cars create carbon monoxide and if left to run inside the garage you'll fill your space with carbon monoxide. You can die from CM poisoning. That needs to be addressed. Also why is there a window in the living room to the garage. You dont need a window to the garage and a door to the garage. That wall space could be utilized for art and other things. Oh well. Beautiful exterior anyhow. Purchase carbon monoxide detectors for your own safety and be sure to change the door, pass this message on to the realtor or something.

That model unit is absolutely stunning, I can definitely understand the price point…..The kitchen, bathroom fixtures are beautiful, love the garage. Landscaping outside is great, love the fencing between the units. I live in Richmond and after seeing this, I feel like I live in a poorhouse, lol 😆

I love the door security feature. It’s a pitty you didn’t go around the back to show us. Many of you make this mistake and think that it’s not important but it is very much important to show the yard space at the back.
The housing units are built to the highest standards. So, so beautiful.
I love one level living. A hot tub in the backyard would be an asset. Lastly I suggest you add appliances to cost.

You will have to have 24-hour security at your home and it's not cheap.

These houses were made by same developers that did Pyramid point which was a COMPLETE disaster. Their houses are always beautiful and enticing by a whole nightmare of problems with sewage, molds. Water line, leaking, stripping of paint. Don't take my word for it. Research the developers and the catastrophe with Pyramid Point.

These investments are designed to push Jamaican out of Jamaica the picture is clear you could build a 4 bed 3 bath house out of that money and have a good amount of money left before you can get a lot on the North Coast overlooking the ocean for $8.5 000 000jd. The struggle is real.

The bathroom's an absolute letdown for $80 million, the house isnt furnished, the kitchen is half decent... hardpass. Besides the infrastructure, i didnt see anything that would make this more than 30 - 40M at best.
