One of the best properties the Delpratt family has showcased. The layout, the furnishings, I really enjoyed watching this one.
As much as I rate Kevin, developments of this pricepoint and calibre need to have an enclosed parking garage as standard not a drive exposing vehicles to the elements. I don't understand why it's so rare in developments, especially as they cannot add on. hey ho big up

The developers went all out.only drawbacks for me, his un enclose laundry room,and a 2 car garage enclosed. But overall, they did a great job.
I love the direction the developer went with these modern townhomes. The only thing I would've like added would be an enclosed garage space. Delpratts, the cinematography is top notch quality. Kudos to you guys.
developer did say its like a modern version of Long Mountain which has no enclosed parking also

@ronskullie9380 I can afford a unit like this, but this is not how nation-building happens. If you allow only foreign nationals to invest above 50% of real estate in your county, then the nation will have less money being circulated, hence increased inflation.

I think they should build some high rise buildings on that on the heights, over looking the ocean the views would be breathless,and generate a nice profit,two buildings up their to start with.
Great unit. Amazing finishes, design and feel. The microwave/ toaster oven space is one thing that’s iffy. I don’t think it would be at the bottom of the island seeing it’s so low.
For the master bathroom, I can imagine the tub will get stained with soap scum and hard water from the shower.
Also you mentioned the sound of cars on the highway. That would take some getting used to but I can imagine at this price point the owners would keep the doors closed most times and use AC

Im a realtor in ATL. The proper name for the dining room built-in is “sideboard”, “server” or “buffet” with sideboard being more current. Bless up!

I agree. Track light are for teen boys bedroom, not in a living room. I guess the buyers have options to change some of the aesthetics in the model unit when they are constructing their unit.
