Please guys when showing a house do not leave out the back yard it’s Part of the property as much as the front yard. Good job still.
I remember saying this on one of their previous videos… I find that many presenters skip over or rush through the backyard… the backyard is one of the most important features for me when purchasing a home.

I love that they have a separate laundry room, love the size of the kitchen as wel. The bedrooms size are ok, but disappointed in the size of the living area.
I love the unit but there needs to be more space for the living/ dinning room. That living room can't even hold 5 people seated.

Delpratt Family that is a nice development. Jamaica is on the rise with nice houses. They need to put some of those Housing Scheme in St.Mary, Portland, and St.Thomas. Those parishes are so neglected and needs upgrading. You guys need to encourage them to do these parishes. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.
What I didn't like about a lot of these developments is that you can't do much to change the front and the backyards are usually so small you can't do much with it.
Thank God I have my seaview property in Portland already.
Why in Jamaica they always have dark kitchen cupboards. That kitchen would look so much better with bright cupboards. Great price though. I'm interested.

Developers/builders need to think of layout ..some thought has been put into it like storage above closet and own laundry room. However, you'll have to take your clothing through the kitchen to and from the laundry space. This could be a deal breaker for some people. Still a good price.I would have loved to see the backyard.
Went to see these properties a few weeks ago. Nice, especially the townhouses. But.......way up in the hills and quite a drive from the centre. You would need a car. We ruled it out due to the location. But reasonable price.
I went to see them yesterday too. The location is a big turn off.
The stove is in a horrible position....they didn't think this through at all and movement. The kitchen, dining and living spaces are too small.

Somehow developers missed on living area big time,this makes no sense! Still has potential but I would have to think hard to spend all this money for no living area.

Kitchen and living room is the heart of the home , they should be bigger. Hopefully these comments are passed on to developer/builder.
The unit is not bad, except, the living room and dining room area is too small. Also, don’t like the idea with the cyclinder in the laundry’s room. The stackable washer and dryer unit bad spot. The connection should be on the next wall.

These builders consistently failed to increase the size of the living space especially if you have little room for expansion.
Honestly, These houses are too small for the price and my neighbor is hearing my conversation. Please put the prperty taxes along with the house price.

The so called living and dining room is an utter joke. First impression is lasting...... Sorry, it was a waste of my time to finish watching the vlog.
It's just ok the space is too small and the design is poor you have to stage your apartments it looks too plain open concept is the way to go check out the design of houses in florida and africa I know there is top notch builder out there
