The developer is not allowed to sell. N H T has taken them over . It was a public private partnership. They were supposed to be sold for $12. 5 mil.

The bathroom looks like an half guest bathroom/powder room and that's what they have in the primary bedroom no design, no cabinet or mirror, does worth the price for something newly build, it's modern time now, you can built something simply yes, but not for that asking price..

This is a bit overpriced, where is the space for the stove? Not enough kitchen cabinets.
The second bedroom needs a closet.
Bedroom doesn't have closet for clothing! (Only primary bedroom does) 😒
The kitchen layout is a bad design. After you placed the fridge you would have lost access to that space under the counter and it would be hard to get to that counter space to the right of the fridge.

Very nice homes, accessibility for elders ie wheelchair access, as returning residents are mostly pensioners, young pensioners and advanced pensioners. Very nice, when building a home, think about accessibility. Some people are not in wheelchairs, but their joints as for stepping up and stepping down, arthritic clients. More acces for those types of owner, purchasers, your place look suitable, also putin holding rails. Like here in UK .

Concrete jungle!! This developer has no imagination. A concrete roof is nothing but a hot tomb at night. Do a decent roof with ventilation!!

Plot is Too far from main road. Went up the Runaway way area , to a back hill where some movies filmed but road was bad going up the hill. I did not buy. Buy in Santa Cruz instead.

That price is ridiculous for what u get including super cheap ikea kitchen cabinet and equally cheap sink and faucet
So why these realtors pricing the locals out of the housing market there will be lots of homeless people in Jamaica in the future lots of violence in the near future
