This is a great deal. The location is minutes away from several major towns in the parish and less than 20 minutes away from Ocho Rios St. Ann. Quick and easy access to the highway so it's an easy drive in to Kingston so for the prices mentioned this is absolutely a good buy.

Wow...5,000 sq feet. This development is beautifully thought out. The attention to details is just awesome. Clearly the purchaser has a really good taste. A big selling point here. I really hope they have similar developments in mind going forward.

Congratulation on the different disign of these houses. I like the area it is near to the sea . All you guys need is to build a swimming pool and an area for recreation . You need a small plaza , with a Supermarket, a Bank, a Doctor’s Office, and a large Department Store and a Restaurant. These necessities should be available , not everyone buying these houses are going to own a car. These small Gated Communities are needed in every Parishes. St. Mary is a beautiful parish with lots of rivers and beaches. Congrats to Mr. Clinton Atkins for seeing the vision. I am waiting to see what Sandside and Joint Venture is going to look like. Kudos to Property Veiwers.
Swimming pools and club houses will be a thing of the past considering Covid will be around for many years. People will not be using them. It's better to use that space to plant fruits tree that the community can get fruits from.

St Mary is beautiful. I love the windows. I would put the door color ( of that first bedroom) as the cabinet color in the kitchen instead of the dark wood and go with tan color granite in the 1st unit. The homes are beautiful. The second house ceilings are nice. I also like that they have a small tv. You're on a tropical island, you don't need to be watching tv. Get out and enjoy the land.

This is very nice. and the concept is wonderful. I watched this twice, . I love the 2nd one . Especially the roof top view. I like the fact that there is no swimming pool or club house. I think community swimming pole and club houses will be a thing of the past die to Covid and people are more likely to going drive or walk to beaches plus I would rather plant fruits trees in the area.

I love the second house. I love that she has a bathtub. I dont like the open concept though. I like the old sit in the kitchen drink, play cards and dominoes design, if you fry or steam fish the house will smell like.
I'm happy the developer is Jamaican and not from other countries (China) destroying the land.
I like the overall look and ability to customize. Prefer elevated homes and woyld like carport. Wondering if they have a kids play area and pool in the develolment...Would be a plus

FYI, the term "Master Bedroom" is no longer considered proper due to the negative connotations it brings from slavery days. The term "Primary Bedroom" is now recommended. What I know of Galina is that I liked what I saw when I went through many moons ago when the Vic Will developments were on. I needed one of these in yr 2k. For the 1st unit, I would have liked a slightly larger verandah area. Wonder about the possibility of a larger verandah area. Luuv the area of the master b.in the 1st b-room. Love the flexibility for potential own-
