This is lovely. The first house in a long while that I can say it's worth it. Love that it can be customized too, some of the finishes aren't my style but all in all a beautiful design.

Decent development in Goshen. That's a whole lot of land space to expand. Just a suggestion, when giving the prices, can you also give the US / CAD equivalent, given that overseas investors would be interested as well. Continue doing a fantastic job.

I had passed this devellopment when i visited st elizabeth some time ago, i thought the design was refreshing and the landscaping and everything seemed pretty much turn key. Its close to Santa Cruz and about 20 or 30 minutes into mandeville town. My one complaint would be that area is EXTREMELY hot more than anywhere else I have ever been in Jamaica. Santa cruz on a whole is quite hotter than all other towns in Jamaica so air conditioning is a must and investing in solar panels would be wise

The quality makes you feel guilty to scream about the price. They put a lot of thought and good material and fixtures into it. Solid structure, good design, they give you the opportunity to select some features. I don't see any deceptive pricing here.

Lovely yard space, love the ceiling, the living space is too small though. Wish they had built a separate dining area given the size of the property.

This is one of the few developments that I have seen, where the buyer gets value for money. I mean the interior is nicely done, minus the Mouldings, but the PIÈCE DE RÉSISTANCE is the outside.
