Most of the homes are sold before we see them on RUclips, it can be so disappointing. This would make an excellent spa/yoga retreat facility. I can see a me with a few of my girlfriends here for a 4 day weekend.

Recessed lights everywhere. Even where there are chandeliers. The house should be re wired with AC no of the hideous on wall ac unit stuff. (You know how Jamaica hot?) Fi the bathrooms the tubs are a no no unless they are separate and a center peice.. They also need showerheads and rainshead . Vanites should be floating and the windows...oh god the windows.....why the not one single piece of glass it looks so unorganized. But the rest of the house.....well a jamica so Jamaican people never know how fi do nothing good yet always mediocre.
Now that’s a house! Absolutely gorgeous. Our host, elegant as always. The only problem I have is that room Portland should be greener with water depicted😂🇯🇲💕🤗

How is there a 4 bedroom mansion in manchester for us3million and this is a 12 bedroom in montego bay for us3millon? Now i see why, the outside looks great but the inside looks really cheap. The photos on the wall, the stairs, the bedroms are small and doesnt hold much furniture except the bed. It has more amenities so it really should be selling for more money. i hope the social media developers are watching to see what money value looks like
Is this property a guest house? It has a nice pool area and a lavish hallway, but the bedrooms look very plain, like if the builder ran out of money for the grand vision he had for the whole property.
For a house of this size I have to say that proper storage space was obviously not considered! It looks very tacky showing a property with chairs and lounge chairs scattered around in the interior of the house while showing the property. Property Viewers did however did their professional best in filming/editing for this real estate offering.
I think our host is gorgeous and could benefit from some presentation and speech training. It is really a tall order to do this job and a lot to remember. Maybe reducing how much you have to say live…and implementing more voiceovers with a script you can read in studio would help massively. Live you can give brief impressions and feelings about the property, and show us unique things. Also expanding adjectives’ vocabulary can help us to feel more connected with this experience (for example, wonderful, unique, enchanting, charming etc.)

This home is underpriced. The surrounding land and views are magnificent. The owner would need to repaint the exterior, refurnish the home, change out the fixtures and lighting and tweak a few other things and this home would be gorgeous.
I just cant understand how such a high end priced property can have such incredibly bad decor, furniture and paint colours. The kitchen is so outdated and garish. Landscape is lame. Only great thing about this property are the palm trees.
