This workout will keep your heart rate up and keep you moving for the whole 40 minutes! I used 3 pound dumbbells, but dumbbells are optional, not required. You could also use wrist or ankle weights for this workout! My goal for you in this workout is to have fun with your cardio! Move and move with intensity today so you can work up a great sweat and burn some serious calories! I burned 465 calories today-can you keep your heart rate up and burn as many calories as I did!

Sydney I’m an athlete and the sports that I do are softball, soccer, powerlifting, and track. Ofc due to COVID-19 my sports are currently not happening atm and all of my local gyms ARE open but I’m choosing not to go. I found your channel a few months back and its been INCREDIBLE! You motivate me so much with your words of encouragement during the workouts that I do. I just did this workout and crushed it!! Fun, awesome, sweaty boxing/kickboxing cardio! Just what I needed! Used my ankle weights, 5 pound dumbells and 1 pounds for the speed bag and felt like a push but awesome at the same time!

I'm currently a 255 lb female and was able to do this workout using 5 lb hand weights throughout the routine. I also decided to shuffle/ travel during the end part of the video where Sydney does the side punch and 2 step leap to get even more of a burn. This workout was one of the best kickboxing videos I've found that is tabata and wasn't difficult for me to keep up with.
I really enjoyed this workout. I have tried other kickboxing RUclips videos but failed due to too many moves and getting confused but you made it really easy to follow along too thanks Sydney xx

I don’t think I’ve ever described a workout as fun but this one definitely was! The best part was that I was absolutely drenched in sweat by the end!
I didn't have a bosu ball and I felt like I missed this workout 2 days ago, so I went ahead and did this workout today instead! Love it! I realized how tight my hips are at the end there when we were doing those hip stretches...yikes. Lol
