    I am one of those people that gets very intimidated when i go to the gym. So most of my workouts I do at home. This is the first channel I have found that has great motivation, a TON of workouts and a variation of exercises from beginners to expert. Thank you so much for making me feel empowered!!

    Absolutely love workouts of this kind, as they are very cardiovascular, interval, include a strength portion, but are not very high impact (which I dislike lately due to my spinal injuries). Thank you, thank you! You are an inspiration! :)

    I crushed it! I did this workout yesterday and I’m really feeling it today! Especially in my back and sides, I love being sore after workouts it makes me feel so accomplished! I found your videos almost 2 months ago and I just finished the August 4 week challenge now I’m moving on the the end of summer challenge. I love the challenges and how I don’t have to figure out what body part to work out on which day lol I also love the variety! I have a 3 year old and 9 month old so it’s tough work loosing this baby weight. Since I started working out with your videos I’ve lost 6 pounds 😁 I know my nutrition could be better but I’m working on it! Just wanted to say thank you so much for posting all these workout videos, you truly are an inspiration!!

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use any weights but could not last even 14 minutes when my entire body completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full session using set of 10 lbs and 25 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful like Sydney's and she has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated. Is this very difficult for men?

    Thank you you so much for your exercises! I only started to join you two weeks ago, but I already see definition and improved fitness. You are so sweet and offer a nice pace of exercises that are switched up. I really love the combo of kick boxing and arms...so do more of that! Coolest move in this routine was the side kick with the rotating the weight above your head. Really felt myself using muscles that are often ignored.

    Its a great workout ❤️.. but Sydney, I do have a suggestion to make..pls complete the reps in the cardio section before explaining the next move or picking up the dumbbells..other than that 👌🏼..and this format is super doable as well

    I hate to admit, but I was dreading a 60 min workout this morning. However, it went so fast and I crushed it!

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use any weights but could not last even 14 minutes when my entire body completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full session using set of 10 lbs and 25 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful like Sydney's and she has massive strength and stamina power! I feel really low and defeated. Is this very difficult for men?

    this was so fun!! I have a kickboxing bag and all the kickboxing moves I did on the bag so it really upped the challenge. Every side kick was roundhouses. loved it :)

    😵 I’m dead !! I wanted to give up, my arms and legs got heavy towards the end . I kept on going though and it feels amazing to finish !! 🤩
