is he not the cutest, happiest old man ever he just looks so sweet and he looks so happy and such a friendly person.
JHarold Haha that's very true. my dad is turning 50 and it seems like such a long time but at the same time he still has a lot of time left.
I'm 58 and my fiancee' (55) makes me feel and "perform" like a 17 year old. I'm still building rock walls for fun on the weekends, still shovel show off a 100 foot driveway, still split my own firewood. I reckon I'm in better shape that a lot of lads 1/3rd my age whose only exercise is a Xbox.
"Makes me feel and perform like a 17 year old" - haha ;)
old man? He was 54 in this video
@@riccardocondorelli2220 Well, he looked like 80
I am proud to say this man is my hero.
"The Only Band That Matters"
Dam right
Same!
He definitely is the man that made me want to get a les Paul custom
@@alechinshaw5990 his voice is still beautiful my mom threw out my clash shirt when i was younger i have to buy a new one now lol
Mick Jones is a Punk Rock, Post Punk & Fusion music genius
Awwwww, he looks like the sweetest and happiest old man out there. And even though you don’t have Strummer (RIP), Topper And Simonon bouncing around on the stage and a stadium full of people, he still looks like he feels that he’s playing for a whole stadium. I aspire to be as cool as Mick when I’m an old man. Have a good life Mick, you’re one of music’s greatest treasures
OLD?!?! Nah.
@@Jonaontheradio
He's only 55 there.
Wonder if he knows just how brilliant and inspirational he is!
Massive Abba Fan saw an interview and he was genuinely estatic that people are still talking about the Clash and their impact on R & R and music history and was loving it. Circa 2012
CLASH are a hell sized chunk of rock an roll !
Let’s all try to keep reminding him!
I've no recollection as to how I stumbled onto this clip ~ yet can anyone with a beating heart watch Mick perform without feeling good? That smile of his is wholly infectious.
I knew the moment he lifted his guitar that the strap would come off. Great catch when it did Mick! Love it!
You're everywhere man! I keep finding your comments in the most unexpected places. Love your videos though, I've been watching for years!
All it takes is one move he used to do on stage, and people really remember just who he is. Legendary.
great to see mick really enjoying himself. strummer and Jones are arguably the best musical geniuses of all time.
lol
I Mean, Joe kicked Mick out........ But your Right
@Noble Failures he wasn't technically skilled, but where his talent came from was the ability to use the skill he had to write some of the most legendary music of the second half of the 20th century.
Oh yeah
Incredible, but of all time? There’s at least a dozen people more qualified.
u can see him missing the clash days so much
I tried to do this at my public library.... it was frowned upon. I'll try it again when I'm a legend like Mick.
Love love love the clash. Best band of all time :)
vjcrmt I'm not saying the Clash aren't good but they aren't the best band ever. Well, in my opinion but they are for sure one of the best bands to have ever existed
The who

Why you no cry? 🖤
me too...out of the corners... and of joy!!!
Well if you're gonna go to the library to learn about rock n roll, you could do worse than to come across one of the greatest masters of all-time.
I think he works there.
The man still has it!! My childhood flashing in front of my eyes.
This is great, 10/10 as well to the maniac (s?) in the crowd doing the spanish parts haha
You can tell how happy he is to see people enjoy music with him, thats what makes it all worth it
my heart aches over how awesome this is, bless this man
I was there.. :)
Lucky you

excellent video! made me so happy seeing him so happy!
It IS happy!!
tip your hat to one of musics finest,,,, Mr Jones, god bless
Mick is a bloody legend
where's the Spanish part? lol
As I've gotten older I've really grown to appreciate Mick's contribution to The Clash more and more. My younger self gravitated towards the angst and weird mystique of Joe, but now I can really appreciate Mick's awesome ability to put together an instantly infectious tune. This and "Train in Vain" are up there with my all time favourites.
The Clash...from here to eternity! Clash forever!
he looks so happy and nice! my hero!
The clash changed music forever, legendary
A bloke + guitar=magic🙂👍♥️🎼🎸🎶🎹
The only noise that should be allowed in libraries
Hahhhhhhaaaaaaahaaaaaaaa !!!!!! YES !!!!!!!

This is amazing. Mick seems to be be a truly kind and talented individual. I found this version (love the audience particpation) very uplifting. Thank you Mr. Jones! From an old fan.
R.I.P. Joe. You were, and the other members of that great, great band, a real inspiration to this simple creature. Music saved my life.
I saw The Clash at the Bond Theater in the early 80's and Mick seems to have as much fun now as he did then, Thanks for all the joy Mick!
Whenever I see Mick Jones, the sun rises on me!
His smile makes me smile! 💯
He looks like he's having so much fun.
The crowd made that a damn good show

Time really has aged Mick but he still has it just shocked !
I saw The Clash at the Bond Theater in the early 80,s, absolutely the best show I have ever seen. Mick seems to be having as much fun now as he did then, thanks for all the music and joy Mick!

The Genius Behind The Clash! Love MJ! This Performance is Brilliant! Listen to the Fans!
Omg he's so sweeeeeetyyyy! 🥺❣️
What an infectious grin and smile he has, saw the clash half a dozen times fckn brilliant
So awesome. As a guitarist whose had a strap break on him live (before discovering strap locks), it's so impressive to see him never break a sweat, keep that game face on, and smile through the rest of the song. I LOVE the Clash. I got to see them (post-Mick so not the same) and I would have given anything to see Mick live, especially this close like that. Lucky crowd!
Two of my favorites: a library and Mick Jones!
I simply love him.
Absolutely great!!!
What a kind, generous, peaceful and accommodating person. I love you Mick.
One of the all time greats
Love it! Always have!
