Spanish Egg Tortilla(Frittata)

This is a great recipe for brunch, breakfast or any time you want an egg dish. The Spanish have this as Tapas and it's delicious hot or cold. The main ingredients is the eggs and potatoes but you can add other veggies like I did on this video. Just balance the amount you add so that it's not too much than the eggs.

Here I didn’t boil them but you could do that but be careful not to boil for too long so that they don’t break apart when you cook on the pan

I am Spanish and that's not Spanish tortilla/omelet, what you did is a disastrous dish. Firstly, the Spanish tortilla hasn't got vegetables. It only has onion. Secondly, it doesn't cook like that.
