For great colour presentation I like to add yellow hoho (bell pepper) and finally sprinkle some grated cheese before removing egg from pan. 😋😋😋

I totally feel you....firstborn are survivors🤣🤣 I did njahi, pasta and chicken breast... zote zilikuwa one cup.....it was too good a paste...I used the left over for chapo dipping.
Ps... I had to sieve coz of the njahi white part didn't blend well.

I tried this omelet recipe as a brunch with a little alterations.
I used kitunguu ya majani/green chives, pilipili ya green nusu, red, yellow and orange sweet peppers and served over indomie noodles with homemade melon smoothie.....
makosa! Not breakfast in bed.🤣🤣 nilijitupa hapo....
