  • Ingredients:
    *1 cup walnuts (wash them and soak them in hot water for a few minutes)
    *1 cup dates/I used Medjool dates (wash them and soak them in hot water for a few minutes; remove the pits)
    *a pinch of Himalayan salt
    *80 g vegan dark chocolate bar (80-90% cocoa)
    *1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
    *2 tablespoons coconut flakes (for sprinkling)

    First, wash walnuts and dates in hot water and soak them for a few minutes.
    Mix walnuts, dates and Himalayan salt.
    Prepare the warm chocolate mixture:
    combine the meltet dark chocolate bar and coconut oil.
    Dip the bars into the chocolate mixture.
    Once they are cool, you can sprinkle them with coconut flakes (but it is best to sprinkle them when they are frozen).
    Place in the freezer for 10-20 minutes.
    After: sprinkle coconut flakes on top and enjoy your vegan chocolate candy bars! :)
